Well in my school, they were the undisputed leader of the ASB Club rather than the entire school. Handled yearbooks, dances, and other student stuff. How though, I don't know, they just did.

Did 1.5 update the grass blocks? My texture packs getting messed up with grass, specifically on the sides (like on hills), it takes on an iron block form. I haven't checked the default texture png file yet, I hope that's it...something's arranged differently. Ugh, I really want to play Minecraft for some reason...but, mah mods. :ohnoes:

Not as powerful? Hmm...I think my main station is going to have a manual booster (makes it look complex :) ) and then booster blocks to keep up the momentum. I still ain't playing till important mods are updated. Hopefully its soon.

But there's a litte bit of "weird and unique" comedy to it - as in, internet people like to be abnormal to be funny: you have to admit it. Not saying you and others can't legimately like it, but it helped the massive meme-like status of it.

Link doesn't really help, as it doesn't really say how it became popular...they said it just did. But I'll admit, I saw the pilot and it looks like an ordinary cartoon style comedy. Not sure why the massive hype. But I'm happy animation is getting attention: we gotta get out of this animation ghetoo we live now.

In our school district, we do not need new books or materials (besides paper). The amount we used them we might as well never received them in the first place. I can't say that for all of California, which is the problem, as it is a STATE budget. Another thing is they should do is to be flexible on budgets. My high school had to pink-slipped some employees and get a pay cut, but we had a couple thousands to spend on giving a new layer of paint to the school. The budget was set in stone so redectoration funds have to be used for one thing and one thing only. Terrible.
