5k? I did 57-60 runecrafting there and I gave 25 airs+2.5 or 2k. That was usualy the most commonly used price and more often than not my chat screen was purple. EDIT: I also returned essence. I almost broke even with my leftover airs and you can start to make profit as soon as you hit 66.

Good luck with the slaying, it shouldn't be too hard. I don't know if you have it, but bones to peaches is a lot better then guthans for Bloodvelds and Infernals (wich are good xp by the way).
