The point is that the dwogres hit far less often with void than they do with melee gear. Thus, it would seem that the dwogres use a magic-based attack, seeing as how void has much more magic defense than melee gear does.

I would replace the karil's skirt with verac's or proselyte so you don't go through your prayer as fast, but it's up to you. Also, you should bring some kind of ring, even if it's just the explorer's ring, since it gives +1 prayer. In all honesty, though, your equipment isn't nearly as important as your ability to prayer switch.

Just because they don't instant-sell, doesn't mean they don't sell #-o +1. I've been able to sell everything I've ever made that I didn't want as long as I left it in the GE long enough.

Basically, void is for enemies that have low enough defense that you can hit them most of the time. If you're hitting at least 70% or so of the time wearing black d'hide, you should switch to void. Chances are you're not going to hit that often at steel dragons, so stick with d'hide.

It takes about 4 hours for a kitten to grow into a cat, so you just have a little bit more to go.

Cats were in the game long before summoning was even released, so you don't need to worry about that.

You don't have to be on task to use the charges. Just go kill anything. I've heard that you use them faster if you take more damage while fighting, but I can't confirm it.

There was a thread a while ago where some of us talked about this kind of thing. It can be shown that increasing your max hit by 1 increases your average hit by 1/2, assuming equal chances of all damage levels. EDIT: I should mention that this doesn't take misses into account. Also, the result is the same whether or not it is possible to have a "hit" of 0.

He spent 2m on them which was everything he owned. He now has 2m worth of broodoo shields and nothing else. I can't think of anything to tell him but simply go make money from scratch and look for ways to use them in junk trades.

So a friend of mine recently got tricked into spending all his money on broodoo shields, which nobody wants to buy. Are there any good ways he can get rid of this junk?

The dwarves and cannoneers will become aggressive if you attack one of them, but the dwogres are never aggressive. One option is to attack only dwogres for about 20-30 minutes. After this time, the dwarves and cannoneers will not be aggressive even if you start attacking them. You'll need to make sure you don't go to the edges though, because that can cause them to regain aggression. Btw, I've only ever seen one attempt at a guide for the chaos dwarf battlefield and it sucked. The people above gave good suggestions. Also, make sure you don't attack any of the black guard or they'll become aggressive as well.

One possibility is to make shapes with your fires. You can make a circle, a heart, or whatever you want. I've even seen someone spell a word with fires.

What does your quest journal say?

You have to search the rocks by the mining site right by the nature altar.

Cabin fever is really easy and unlocks Mos le'Harmless.

They last until you get the specified herb 100 times, IIRC.

1. Brewing takes several days. I think it's between 3 and 7 days, depending on what ale you're brewing. 2. The examine info does change when it's ready. It'll say something like "The vat is full of ______" (it's been awhile so I don't remember exactly). It'll be clear when it's ready. 3. I've had that problem too. Don't know what to tell you there.

I've had over 200 nests and still no raven egg.
