Is it possible to get a LBS from killing kurasks in the Relleka slayer cave or does it have to be in the Pollnivneach dungeon?

The gold bowl and gold helmet, from legends quest and between a rock, respectively, give 30exp each. That's it, I'm afraid.

There is no sap defense. You have sap warrior, which drains attack, strength, and defense; sap ranger, which drains range and defense; and sap mage, which drains magic and defense.

Also, this was on an average population world. I probably could have gotten more on a full world. EDIT: I just tried it again on world 2. I had a bit of lag, but I still managed to get 1000 ores per hour. So, I'd say this is almost as fast as the kyatt method, but not quite.

I just tried it using a terrorbird and got 970 iron ore per hour. I don't know what the rate is for kyatt mining, so I can't compare it atm.

YES. With EE I can get all the way to Jad without having to heal.

But spectres attack with magic and the slayer helm gives 0 magic defense, so it's defense bonuses are useless there.

My best guess is it has something to do with how many of your friends have been online since you changed it. Maybe you have a bunch of friends who haven't had a chance to see the change in your name so it's keeping the swirl for them.

I was lucky and had dags as my current assignment when the quest came out, so I got through nearly half of my assignment just from doing this quest. Made things a lot easier. :) But yes, this should go in the forum Vulxai suggested.

There isn't any other monster you can fight that consistently drops blue charms. You're better off hunting for crimsons. Now, you say you have 69 summoning but your goal is to get to war tortoises, which require level 68. Something's not right here.

You're still missing the document from Reldo. Talk to Ali Morrisane with the ring of charos(a) and he'll direct you to Reldo.

I would suggest an obby cape instead of a god cape, or legends if you don't have one, since as far as I recall it only uses magic if you're not in melee distance. My levels and setup were worse than yours when I did this quest and I barely made it through, so you should be able to do it. I did use tuna potatoes instead of sharks, though.

Bonuses apply to it like any weapon. At barrows, however, they don't really matter because the brothers have such low magic (range for Ahrim) defense you'll be hitting nearly all the time anyway.

With your stats you could get to the ket zeks with almost no inventory. If you have an EE, that's really all you'll need unless you want to go for Jad. If not, then bring some mid-level food and/or a few prayer potions and you're set. Use the equipment given in muggi's guide.

You just have to keep trying. The pits are random, so you can't avoid them by remembering where you fell. The only thing I can think of is to reduce your weight.

If you can win at conflict, that would be the fastest way. At siege, you have to be careful not to let them cannon you to death before the timer hits 26 minutes. When I played siege, if I decided to suicide I'd have one squad hang back while the others got cannoned and then killed the last one myself when it was time. You could also go for winning siege games, which will get you 12 games an hour if you get a good strategy going.
