I'd be very interested in that, I havn't reported it to Jagex because I thought it was a one time thing. Please post on here if you happen to have anything of interest. In least it would make a good discussion.

The only way things get fixed is by looking on the bad side of things. We need to be looking for whats wrong on then try to get Jagex to fix it. And I'm not talking about riots but I am talking about constructive criticim and making solutions to problems. Looking on the brightside does nothing. But you know... "ignorance is bliss". Jagex has recently stopped RWT with a series of updates. Now what is this post you ask? This is about the the things they may have done, whether intentional or not, I'll leave that up to discussion. I'm not sure how this will pan out but please no disrespectful posts. Making F2p Worse to make P2p look better:: I know it sounds crazy but... We'll I was thinking about the recent updates and we'll, I really think F2p has gone down hill. I know what your thinking, "so has P2p" you say, we'll yes it has but you are going to get so many improvements. Meanwhile F2p is stuck with the mess it's in now. I know this is a stretch but runescape is relative and as someone once said "it's not how good you have it, it's how much better you have than other's"-or something like that. Price Controlling: The G.E. and 3k limit is a direct way for Jagex to control prices. I loved the way Runescape worked, much like the real world in the fact it worked on the law of supply and demand. They're was a certain risque factor in the fact you can try to invest in popular trends and predict the way the market will go. This exists nowhere in the same way it used to, and its now a very stale market. Making The Game Baby Proof:Runescape has become almost risk-free in a sense that it is so very "safe". Wilderness, Trading, Staking: These are things that you would agree have a risk factor in them. Risk makes the game exciting and enjoyable to play, and now I find the game dull. Jagex is clearly aiming at a young audience with this, as they have been for some time. Examples of this are miniclip, the fact that so many updates are geared towards lower levels and making the game easier. We'll I know almost everyone is going to disagree with me, but please tell me why I am wrong instead of attacking me personally or whatever. Discuss!

I know and that price is often too low. No one ever knows the actual price for anything anymore. And all the people who beg are so dumb they don't know about trade limitations so their still begging. Not to mention the prices on G.E. make it impossible to sell/buy some things, like come on its been like a month this is ridiculous.

So where are these players asking for help? I'm lvl 84, f2p and I rarely get asked for help. In fact I think I used to get asked more when I was lower lvls. You make it seem that new players get no help and you are some holy saint O:) . We'll I doubt making a Topic telling people to help out people will do anything. There are many people that help out new players including myself, but I don't find the need to make a post about all the things I've done. I think you have good intentions, but for some, it could almost be considered bragging.

Wait, could I get a clarification from someone? I haven't been on runescape since all these updates happened; and I don't plan to for a while too. Say I were to make a trade and I paid 3k for a law rune, and 3k is my max. Does that mean I am not able to trade again for 15 mins? No it just means you couldn't pay over the actual price of an item minus the current price of laws (around 300) at the Grand Exchange. So you could say get 5700 ish gp from another player and then give away 6000gp and so on.

I support, but I was thinking in the wilderness you get teleported into a random location so it would be harder for RWT to meet up and also far less giant teams.

The only reason I saw to become a member was so I could enjoy the pking system, I was actually going to get members in January believe it or not. But now, I'll stick to non-members. Since they did take away pking I believe they owe us a little something and after that bussiness as usual. And by that I mean 1 yearly update and grafical updates year round. After all we don't really pay anything so we don't deserve massive updates. We'll now I have to think of a way to spend this extra cash I have laying around. PS3 looks good...

Way to generalise. What he is saying is that anyone will have access to the forums, so anyone can just create a new char and lolspam away, because who cares if the new char gets banned. You know that some people spam just because they are bored. So forums open for f2p probably isn't a good idea, I know I would get tempted to create a new account and yell around and stuff. What happens when you spin flax? You get bow strings. What do you do with bow strings? Use them in a very exciting skill called fletching. Wouldn't it be a bit weird to create something completely unusable for f2p? Bow strings would be alot cheaper :-k [/hide] Now thats a thought, but in the long run I think too many f2pers will be asking for fletching since they can make bowstrings and it will get out of hand. Agreed. Without fletching bowstrings are useless. Other than quick cash that takes no skills lol They're trying to stop RWT not give it something they can make a f load of money off of, im f2p and I would make gp but its not worth it. Macroers would fluorish and we'd be worse off than we were before all the updates to stop/prevent/slow RWT.

I don't use my ignore list not because I thought it was mean but because I don't care what is said about me. We'll it is mean now that I think about it is like picking up the phone and laying it on the table. If you don't wanna talk you don't have to pick up the phone (ie: they would think you were not their). But it just seems rude for them to know your their and not even get a response.

Well its worse if you're f2p, no matter how serious the question they just send the same message to become a member. I'll try to get a picture soon, to show this.

Regardless of how they came to those conclusions I have come to the conclusion that it is inaccurate. They cannot be sure of any of those things really, except for perhaps 1 or 2. I am interested in any actual evidence they have to back this up so we could actually see where there is a problem assuming their is one. Until then I have no choice but to disregard these in all entirety.
