Yes, but if they're in Non-multi doesn't that mean they can both teleport without being slaughtered? In the first place if they got teleport why not the player just take the loot and use teleport stright away when they got low HP and no food rather than got a 10 second rule.

I don't support it. This will make fletcher harder to sell arrows. It might be more troublesome if every arrow you shoot will be broken.

I support it. The magic level should be higher than 50 to use. As for the runes it will cost 1 law rune + 5 earth rune + 10 air rune. Please stop thinking about botters. They will always be around because jagex is doing nothing about them.

Seriously there should have no flaming between FTP and PTP. The problem here has already been changed from "more bank space" to "fairness between FTP and PTP". No matter what, theres no fairness anymore but pride. It's like the rich (PTP) where being bootlicked and the poor (FTP) is despised. Anyway I don't wish to talk so much. Just change random event items to be able to buy from shop when dropped.

Agreed. This will help runescape to look better only when cooking. After this has been chosen and updated. If the cooking time is shortened to 1 second then it might help fasten cooking alot.

It might be a good thing to have non-combat prayer. It's not really necessary though.

This can be abused. It's like if 2 players going to pk in wilderness to find a kill. Suddenly they saw a group of people running towards them. So they ran but still got caught in a a non-combat area. 2 of them decided to fight back. When both of them knows that they are going to lose. Both of them will grab a chance to fight each other. When 1 of them dies the other 1 will take his item. Since theres a 10 seconds rule. That player will take everything and teleport away. End up the 2 players lose nothing other than food.
