It can't be changed to total level. Botters' can get in too easily if that's the case.

To make it fair for both sides. Total bank space: FTP: 100. PTP 500 (Not sure if they got more). Storing random event costume: FTP: Someone, somewhere, somehow (Only able to put in costume sets). PTP: Someone, somewhere, somehow + costume room.

I don't think jagex will make 2 guild for 1 skill. Guild should only have 1. Either jagex update it or never.

As long as it could be completed by a combat level 95+ FTP player. It should be fine. If not it'll be imbalance.

Can you say something else other than bump?

There should not be a problem if cooking guild requires 60 cooking to enter. Cooking is 1 of the easiest skill to train.

The problem doesn't lie on how much it cost to make a costume room. It's all about training skill and having benefits from it. I don't mind swapping construction skill from PTP to FTP and letting PTP getting costume box 50,000 coins once and for all to store all costume in it.

Imagine this random event on world 1 varrock wilderness killing all newbie PKers'.

Need more supporters.
