6/10 The first one is pretty good. There are minor changes needed to be made in the perspective but otherwise, the linework is good. What you need work on is the shading. It looks like you tried some shading on the top of the deposit box but it's crude and ineffective. you not only need shading to change the colors of lined in areas, you also need shading within lined in areas. A good way to shade is choose a place for the light source (I like drawing in a lightbulb there). Then shade everything as though light is coming from that source. Things like cloth and unpolished stone will have a gradual gradient of color from light to dark. Metal will have a light section then go to darker to make a more drastic "reflection". Mirrors or mirrored surfaces will have an extremely bright area surrounded by darker to normal colored areas. Hope this helps and good luck with your first sig!

Hey hey 1st post I think

Ok, I've been cutting yews for the past hour or so and have reported several macros (and yes they were all low level only high score woodcutting). I tried to report two in succession (in fally) and Jagex gave me a message something along these lines in the text box: You already sent a snapshot under 60 seconds ago! Do not abuse this system Does this mean that I now have a black mark? I also mispelled someones name when I reported them, will jagex be able to single them out from the screenshot or is it another black mark?

Okay, someone requested a sig from me and I've been working on it but I've run into a roadblock. I have no idea what these items looks like :oops:. body : brown pirate legs : brown pirate helm : that bear hat (from that quest) If any of you have any idea what they're really called or screenshots, that would be great.

OK, I'll try to do one that's detailed enough but not too constricting. I would appreciate a standard sig size for this forum. Here's the idea of what I want the guy to be doing. Down in an underground mine (dwarven mines for example but there are others). He is leaning against a mining cart heaped with different ores. I want him to be wearing the same items as he is here: He's looking down into his hand and smirking greedily at the uncut ruby in it. In the background I was thinking maybe a few comic things like a noob hitting an exploding rock or someone being attacked by a rock golem (maybe sneaking up behind them?). Aside from that, do whatever you want. Add whatever great details you want. Edit: I'd also like my name somewhere (Imhomer) and 80+ mining in text, thanks.

so far 7/10 on the work you've done. The grass is awesome and the volcano is pretty good too. The phats are good in shape but the differing doesn't really work, try giving them more of a smooth texture. Other than that, it's excellent, I'd love to see how it turns out.

Lim_dul and Dwafie76, you have brought up the major divide between RS players over whether the game is to play and "have fun" or whether the 'fun' comes from being up there in the high scores and power skilling. It's an interesting topic, but please, not on my thread.

3/10 Ummmmmmmmm.........anatomy. The guy on the right is Ok but the guy on the left........he looks like a cut out. You say you spent 2 hours on it, bad idea. It seems like you were too focused on finishing and not on making it quality. Spend a few more hours on it (like 10 at least) and it'll start looking better.

The members market will be affected to because there will be less preferable essence. I don't think many runecrafters in members make large amounts of the F2P runes (except maybe airs). It will raise prices on the more preferable "Pure Essence" in the members worlds because there will be fewer people mining it.

Mod's, if this is a rant, I would apprecite you moving it to that forum instead of locking this. I dunno about everyone else but the newest update (making F2P and P2P essence different) seems like an action in futility. Here's why: 1. Jagex makes it unprofitable for macroers to make millions mining essence. The supply of essence drops and rich, lazy members are unwilling to mine their own essence which they use in massive amounts. This will see a decline in power runecrafters and mages but not in the total amount of macros. 2. Macroers, frustrated that they have lost a major money making skill in F2P, switch to another skill i.e. woodcutting, mining, or fishing 3. Now we have the same amount of macroers in different skills. If Jagex continues along this track, there will be P2P and F2P fish, logs, ores, and who knows what else, effectively segregating the F2P and P2P sections of the economy. 4. With the F2P and P2P economies now seperate, neither works as well. The F2P have little easy ways to make money and the members have lost major resources, driving prices up because of increased demand. IF Jagex does this for other ways to make money in F2P, this is how it might turn out: *High prices of member's resources while F2P resources plummet in cost. *Wealth will reassign itself in both economies to create a more balanced but poorer society. *The value of gold deflates in free-worlds because less gold is entering F2P from P2P which will result in even lower prices of F2P items. *Merchants die out. *People find other ways to make money and the economy rebuilds albiet with fewer ways to make lots of money, again causing deflation or stagnation of the value of gold. *Macroers pay the $5 a month and still make huge amounts of gold from P2P and Jagex is back where it started. There's no good way to fight macro's. All this update has done is further segregate the F2P and P2P. For all of you members, make sure you complain to Jagex (Secret Update: F2P can't comment on Jagex service anymore, everything is directed to teh P2P forums). The madness must stop as it does nothing but destroy the careful coexistence of F2P and P2P.

You mean SmellySocks. Yup you getting too close to that sig. Might wanna modify it a little bit. ~komodo I know it's pretty close. I originally had a man pulling in a harpooned shark with a rope. The person who requested it wanted a person harpooning a shark so I changed it.

Ummmmmmmmm..................... Yeah, I don't mean to complain but you kinda screwed up the size. I asked for the size above but you gave me a 350 pixels wide x 150 pixels high. If you want to resize it I would like the new size to be 300 x 100 instead.

Update and which kind of dragonhide do you like better? Left or right? I'm also finding it hard to get a good look at an obby cape (I've never seen one before). Could you post a screenshot?
