You use the lunar spell for amulet stringing on unstrung amulets (usually gold) and then resell the strung amulets to a certain NPC (I forget the name) for nearly the same price as you spent. You generally just lose cash in the use of astral runes. It's a method for quick magic experience with minimal clicking, as casting the spell once will string an entire inventory. If you mainly want crafting experience, then this would not be the way to go, as the crafting experience for stringing an amulet is very low. It's a nice spell for those who don't train summoning or don't like clicking, though. :

The rise is/was due to inflation from PvP drops, and merchant clans hopping on them. They're on their way down, but with the inflation it's hard to say how much. I would likely wait and see what today's GE update brings. If you can buy them at minimum price with the current pricing then it may be worthwhile. It's a good bit of money to invest into an item though, so if you don't play on steadily using them, then you may want to reconsider. I don't feel claws will be nerfed anymore than whatever they can currently do. They no longer seem overpowered to me, but that's just my opinion. An update could happen at any time, although it would be unlikely.

I believe if you are about 4 levels above the requirement of these new courses you will not fail them. I was told they are among the best agility experience in the game now. Although, I am unaware of the exact rates per hour. You may as well use Ape Atoll until you can try out the Gnome Course addition. Then decide based on how much you fail as to whether or not you should train a bit more before changing courses.

Maybe I can just play this within Runescape rather than Age fo Empires. :thumbsup: I hope they added a scoring system and a couple rewards based on scores. It looks like it should be fun. I just hope my computer can handle it until I get a new one. :?

Did anyone even mention the effect this has had on high level weapons and rares? I'm surprised 26k'ing hasn't been nerfed yet. Hell, even nerf the drop rates. I've just been using brawlers in PvP until I get a target, and then killing the target. I leave my EP at 0% since a target is worth an hour of EP. I'm getting great drops and most of the players I get to kill are coincidentally just some 26k'ers who can't hold their own. No risk and a huge reward? That's not really my idea of PvP. I'd like to see some action taken, but I imagine it'll take Jagex a couple weeks to implement anything. By that time the damage will be noticable. :|

Buy a couple irit seeds and plant those while you woodcut. Then move up to toadflax seeds once you get enough cash. Work towards a weapon & antifireshield and kill a couple green dragons. You should be able to take it from there. As a member there are so many various ways to make money that it's amusing.

Eh.. they're a little bit crazy. I just hope they don't take any drastic actions as the US is too close to Canada for comfort.

I care about my truck too much to damage it. My dirtbike on the other hand... However some people I know got in an accident last weekend. They didn't sober up enough before going for a beer run (the girl driving never had her license) and she managed to hit a crossing. The car supposedly flipped 10-12 times. They're currently hospitalized and not in great condition. :(

Glad that [cabbage] doesn't occur here. Penalty should be $25 to pay for the songs. I could see maybe $100 at the most if they wanted to be grubby about it. A penalty such as that sure creates some opinions about the legal system and music companies. It's just pathetic.

The same thing is happening with halloween masks. I think it's a byproduct of the phat rise. Either that or due to all of the cash coming in from the PvP updates. Nice costly items such as godswords and rares have been rising quite steadily since then. You'll notice June 18th, when AGS started rising is when the Santa really took off. Although, I might just be crazy. :lol:

Well, first off I would hate to see this happen as PvP & Bounty are already extremely easy for cash. I would price agility & mining brawlers among the highest though. I can't say that I would pay for them as I could just pk, but they would be worth a decent bit. I'm currently making use of two mining brawlers I have.. and I have to say they are amazing. I would really like to come across a pair of agility brawlers. I seem to just be getting pairs for skills that I already have 99 in, so I may just alch those.

So, what happens to the people who solo merchant an item and a clan starts to manipulate that item? I can see a lot of wrongful bans over such a solution. I for one would rather have little or no action taken than wrongful bans left and right. If Jagex simply stated a threat such as banning players over manipulation (even a false threat) and showed up in some merchanting clans to preach, then I would feel a bit more comfortable. I think we could do with some ground control before any drastic and sudden updates. See where it goes from there. I personally am only annoyed when I can't buy an item due to it being manipulated, and that doesn't happen too often anymore as I have learned to stockpile a variety of items in my bank. Just the same, I don't mind when an item I am selling is being manipulated, as I make a larger profit than I otherwise would have. I've come to adapt with the manipulation clans. I don't mind if action is taken, just as long as there are no wrongful bannings.

I would love to do some 4-item mining in Bounty worlds and build both EP & a target safely. Right now I'm just building targets with my rune pick. A dragon pickaxe would definitely be nice, although I think it would serve better as a quest reward than a monster drop. I really hope the pickaxe is released soon, although that is very unlikely with the current rate of updates.

I imagine there are people on these boards who could answer such a question though. I could check with a friend the next time I'm on Runescape, but you'd have to be willing to wait. All I can suggest is hunting them for an hour and seeing the experience you obtain. Then divide your overall required experience from 71-83 by the amount gained in that hour. That will give you the number of hours you will have to hunt red chinchompas for. :

I'd suggest completing the Smoking Kills quest so you can obtain the slayer helmet. Then, use Duradel as your slayer master. You can quickly get to him by either Karamja Diary (Hard) Gloves Teleport or by making your house in Brimhaven, then simply taking the cart to Shilo Village. I personally prefer the gloves, but used to use the house method before I acquired them. Your setup looks alright. You could tweak it with some more expensive items, but it depends on what you are willing to spend. Happy slayerizing. :

If you want to give it the mini-games name. I either hunt them at Puro Puro or Most'le Harmless. Although, Puro Puro is often very crowded. Yeah, that is what I meant though. :thumbup:

I actually got my first 99 on a chicken as well. Although I did it at the Lumbridge coop. :lol:

Hunt chinchompas until 83, then go hunt implings. You can make an upwards of 1m/hr with implings. If there is a particular group of skills you like, just name them and I'll see what I can think of.

That is basically it for a 1 defence pure on F2P. You can add in monk robes and other whatnot for bonuses, but you have the basic idea. Have fun. : Also, make sure that your ruby amulet is enchanted. It will be called an "amulet of strength".

Bounty Hunter or somewhere in a PvP world. :thumbsup:
