  1. No, Jagex should not implement their planned highscores. Yes, F2P players should be included within highscores. It is extremely idiotic of Jagex to remove F2P players from highscores. If they want to make F2P players jealous of members, and convince them to buy membership, they can simply create some content that would better entice F2P players. It is possible in life to get people to do what you want by taking things away from them, however, that is generally how rebellions start. Rewards work in a much better manner. Also, yes, inactive players should be removed from highscores (only requiring a 1xp gain to be re-introduced to them) The inactive player removal would also have to be accounts that have been inactive for years, and of low ranking.
  2. Picked up my copy of Skyrim today. Now spare time can be enjoyed rather than considered boredom. Yay!
  3. Glad my friends could make their billions while dicing was available. I was never the sort for gambling though. If I did, it would simply be on the gamble of mass buying and selling items.

My girlfriend takes random pictures of me on weekends, so they kind of gauge my beard growth. Day 1 Day 12

    Movember 2011

I couldn`t find a topic on Movember for 2011, so I figured I`d get one started. On Movember 1st, guys register at Movember.com with a clean-shaven face. For the rest of the month, these selfless and generous men, known as Mo Bros, groom, trim and wax their way into the annals of fine moustachery. Supported by the women in their lives, Mo Sistas, Movember Mo Bros raise funds by seeking out sponsorship for their Mo-growing efforts. The Movember Effect: Awareness & Education, Survivorship, Research The funds raised in Canada support the number one male cancer, prostate cancer. The funds raised are directed to programs run directly by Movember and our mens health partner, Prostate Cancer Canada. Together, the two channels work together to ensure that Movember funds are supporting a broad range of innovative, world-class programs in line with our strategic goals in the areas of awareness and education, survivorship and research. Movember - a global movement Since its humble beginnings in Melbourne Australia, Movember has grown to become a truly global movement inspiring more than 1.1 Million Mo Bros and Mo Sistas to participate, with formal campaigns in Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, the UK, Finland, the Netherlands, Spain, South Africa and Ireland. In addition, Movember is aware of Mo Bros and Mo Sistas supporting the campaign and mens health cause across the globe, from Russia to Dubai, Hong Kong to Antarctica, Rio de Janeiro to Mumbai, and everywhere in between. Basically, if you`ve taken part or want to take part, feel free to do so. It doesn`t have to be registering with the Official Movember site, but rather just a personal movement. Many of us in Manitoba don`t particularly grow moustaches only, but also consider `no-shave` to be part of the prostate cancer awareness initiative. So, post your pictures, comment, and spread the word in your community!
  6. If you want to let her know you're interested, simply plan some events where it's just you and her going out. I don't mean wining and dining her right off the bat; just something casual. This shows her that you want to spend time with her, but at the same time can be simple enough that she doesn't feel it's forcing her into a relationship. If you feel it went well, and she expresses some feelings back (more than you're hot), you know it's definitely within reason to be spending more one on one time with her, and in a more intimate manner (doesn't always mean physical). If she turns down your attempts, you know it can't really be due to a lack of interest in you (since she already plainly expressed some), but is likely rather something personal such as her not being ready for a relationship, or her feeling that she has short-comings. Regardless, I believe it's best to always let a girl/boy know how you feel, and that honesty is the best policy. The trick is explaining your feelings in an appropriate manner, allowing them to be accepted in the most positive way. Hope things turn out great for you.
  7. Hah, yeah my girlfriend likes to take random pictures when I least expect it. Her sister just likes making faces
  8. Well, since I'm planning to come back to RS (even if it's just to stand in F2P and talk in Serp's cc), I felt I should post some updated pics on this fabulous thread. Please replace my previously indexed pictures with the last two pictures of this set. If my Index username is not yet listed as "Dexek", it was previously "Purepure4774". Thanks. :^_^:
  9. I know a few, but yes it does get increasingly rarer. I suppose that's what has led me to dating younger girls, provided I can find ones with an adequate personality to meet my needs, as well as a maturity level to match.
  10. That's the gun I used when I was playing, as I mentioned in earlier posts. It was tough going positive when I first started, but after unlocking the foregrip attachment, I was going k/d's of 17-3 and the like. It makes all the difference.
  11. Because they don't seem to happen around here much...Nah I guess people that have success don't always post about it. That's my reasoning. I feel that if I post every success, then it will just make me seem like an [wagon], and ruin the experience here for others. I don't believe I've actually ever posted on this thread, but I've read through it quite often from time to time since it's beginning. I enjoy the stories, whether they are good or bad, and at times enjoy the advice. I've never thought to post any advice myself, as I feel that it wouldn't be the most helpful, as my relationships with women always seem to begin with them coming onto me and me either saying yes or no. However, I may begin to post a bit more, and people can take whatever advice I provide, or completely ignore it. Keep posting the updates though, guys and gals. They are enjoyable to read. I feel that you need to ask yourself whether you seriously want to be in a relationship in a long term sense. Obviously you can date this girl, and see how things go, and whether you have strong feelings for her, and vice versa, but when it comes to the virginity, be cautious. In my experience, when a girl loses her virginity she becomes very attached to who she loses it to. This is undoubtedly not always the case, but more often than not, this is what occurs. It depends on the girl, but you may find her to become clingy after taking her virginity, so realize that you need to weigh both the time you spend both with and away from her. Basically, I feel that when it comes to virgins, a guy/girl should always be very accommodating, and considerate. Surprisingly, a lot of guys who lose their virginity act in a similar matter. You obviously don't have to stay with her, and could be a real jerk about it, but I feel it's better to opt out of taking a girls virginity if it's just going to cause her emotional distress. Regardless of what happens, best of luck.
  12. It's interesting that this happens just as I plan to come back to Runescape. I'll be sure to stop in, and maybe no-life whilst chatting it up with Tipits finest.
  13. Yeah, release for physical copies is Friday. I wonder if Future Shop or Best Buy are open on Remembrance Day.. I'll likely just wait until Sunday to pick up a copy as there is a social this weekend and I should take my girlfriend out. Next week is gaming time. ;)
  14. In BC2 that was fixed by you and your budd(ies) reviving and repeat killing a team killer. Two wrongs might not make a right, but it makes me feel better.
  15. This made me so happy. That is why I didn;t use them at all in BC2. ...Didn't they stay when you die in BC2 as well? Pretty sure they did. Sure did. It was enjoyable getting kills long after throwing down some mines.
  16. Shaved off the goutee Oct. 31st, and the Movember beard is growing in ridiculously.

  18. 360, since the PC isn't a console.
  19. Definitely looking forward to picking this title up. The graphics and gameplay look amazing from what I've seen. I can see myself investing many hours in this game.
  20. I've been a longtime BFBC2 fan, and played BF3 for the first time last night at a buddies. I wasn't sure which gun to use, so I randomly decided to use the PKP Pecheneg. The first 3 rounds I could only go positive by about 5 kills, but that was until I unlocked the foregrip attachment. Then I hopped into some Deathmatch, and saw the difference the attachment made, ripping up a k/d of 17-3 and 24-4, which is more the style BFBC2 matches used to be. I went back to Conquest, which I've decided I like a whole lot more, due to the ease of kills. I'm looking forward to purchasing this game for myself and seeing how I do once I'm used to the maps. The only bug I ran into was the knife one, but since it's an EA game, I'm sure there's a number that need to be ironed out. However, I can easily wait for them to be fixed, as it doesn't mar the gaming experience very much. I definitely like how the tactical feel comes back from BFBC2, and have adjusted to Conquest rather quickly, as it was always Rush mode that my friends and I played in BFBC2. I'm sure with the new COD game, the people who enjoy the arcade feel will head back to that game and we'll be left with the tactical players for the most part. I'm definitely looking forward to some time spent with my usual squad in the coming months. EDIT: Also, is there a hardcore version for the Xbox 360 yet? As in similar to the BFBC2 hardcore mode with no radar, no killcam, reduced health, and no health regeneration?
  21. I'm going to stick with BF3 and Skyrim. If it would have blew the predecessors or BF3 out of the water, I would have purchased it.
