  1. I would appreciate the graphics even more if my computer could handle them. : However, I believe I play the parts of the game that I do for my enjoyment. I like to talk in Clan Chat a lot, which is probably my favourite thing about Runescape. If it wasn't for the community, I know for certain that I would not continue to play.
  2. Well, playing around is one thing, but if you mean actually hitting them.. well, that is a question that should not need an answer, in my opinion. If you're hitting women, you may as well be hitting children and the elderly too. I'm not saying they aren't strong, or can not handle it, but rather that a person should have the respect for themselves and for others to avoid such a cowardess act.
  3. I work on my family farm. The times range from anything on the clock, so I won't bother labelling. I don't get paid for my work, but rather make money by cutting cords of wood and selling, or ice fishing on the lake in the winter. I also sometimes butcher animals for people who are unable to. This is only until I move to Alberta and work for my uncle's company for a nice tidy wage. Then I can move back, buy a piece of land, put up a house, and get a job with water control. (Yes, I have planned a good portion of my life.) This is a nice topic choice by the way. :

  5. I somehow found the blog of someone I know... A very late congrats on 99 fisherin'! Come get 99 farmeh with me after I get another cape. :
  6. Definitely a wise choice in kicking him out. Personally, my house is about 30 miles out of the way of any of my friends, so it takes some effort to even come over. When they do come over, I usually have work around the farm to do, so I just put them to work as well. That may be the reason that people invite me over rather than vice versa. : If you do decide to let him back in, make it on certain conditions.. such as him having a job for a month or two.. or something along those lines. I seriously don't know why a guy, or girl would come over to look at porn.. it screams some sort of condition, but I'm not sure what exactly. Best of luck with him.
  7. Looks good. Once I complete my goals, I'll have to add one in. :

Well, I'm about to go out and cut hay, but I'll throw on a little bit of infomation. Now, I'll have to saw that I swear by situps, push ups, and running (namely basketball). I consider myself to be quite active, and during my time at school would play at least 1 hour of basketball a day (noon) and get it in whenever I could. What can I say, I love the sport. The jumping is quite good for everything from the chest down. That is right, jumping works your stomach, and a strong stomach enhances jumping height. Constantly moving, even when you're tired is the key factor that will produce results. The pushups, well I swear by them because they are such a simple exercise, and they work. My pushup method is just do them until I can't anymore, and when you can't keep trying too. Once you definitely can't do anymore, switch from grounding on your toes to grounding on your knees, and do some more. Once you are laying flat out on the ground, wait a few minutes, and try again. Obviously, wait longer if it takes a long time for you to moderately recooperate. I believe that working yourself when you feel you can take no more is when results will begin. However, don't make yourself sick, or something stupid. You should learn your limits if you don't already know them. Along with pushups, a variety of benchpresses also help the chest, arms, and back. I won't get into them because I can't be sure that everyone has equipment. Situps are often ineffetive because they are done incorrectly. When you do situps, do not put your arms around your head or neck and pull up with your arms as well as your stomach. Put those arms at your side, or in such a way that they are attempting to touch your toes when in the situp position (but do not pull and attempt to touch your toes). Try to do a full situp so that your elbows pass your knees, or as far as you can sit up. If you do want abdominal muscles, do no just to straight situps, but go to the sides as well. It is hard to explain, but I hope that you can understand. If you are doing it right, you should start to feel a burn in the side of your stomach. I would also like to say that crunches are just as good as situps if not better, but I just do whatever I feel like at the moment. Stretching. You should always stretch before and after exercising, or any sport. It helps to prevent injury, and will allow you to get the most out of your routine. Stretching should be slow, but have a strong followthrough. If you check out some websites, you can get great stretching guides, and they will enhance your workout to the point that they are a requirement. I'm sorry that I can't write anymore about the use of weights, or various non-weight exercises, but I need to go to the field. Do not forget nutrition and proper rest along with exercising because they do definitely play a part. That does not mean to stop eating. Actually, as you build more muscle you can eat more due to a higher metabolism that is formed in the process. Keep hydrated (drink water), and have fun. : EDIT: Ok, my tractor is low on fuel, and someone else has the fuel key, so I'll be waiting another 30 minutes. Perfect time to write some more. Ok, I saw a discussion about leg lifts, and can not believe that I left them out. They are great if accompanied with other abdominal exercises. In leg lifts you actually feel a burn earlier on than most abdominal exercises. Normal leg lifts with the straight lifting up motion are even better if accompanied by lifting to the sides, just like doing situps/crunches to the sides is better than normally straight up and down. Alright.. got the fuel key a bit faster than I thought, so that's it. I would like to say, do not expect results overnight. You may see some as early as a week, but if you don't see any results for a whole month (unlikely), keep at it and do not give up.

Yeah, Luv.. posing into the camera? Come on now, you should know better. By the way.. Lady is having her 99 def party about 7 hours from the time of this post, she said to let you know. \
  10. Well, my main is a pure, and the reasoning is a challenge. Sure, I could throw on defence and max.. but then I wouldn't have much of a challenge, and would likely quit all together. I'm not sure if you're questioning about pures/skillers, or if you just dislike people using multipe accounts. I think that a good question may be "Why does it matter how another person spends his/her time on Runescape?" : EDIT: Ford Landau, I suggest that you either remove that comment, or state that you use two different computers or something. Just a suggestion.
  11. Well, it's a good thing I don't have any friends then. (joking.. seriously..) I haven't gotten any strange messages on Facebook, aside from some 18th birthday invitations. Although, my Norton does block some sort of worm attempt daily.. I think it may be time to system or factory restore my computer.
  12. I am completely fine with playing a moderate amount of time, provided it does nothing to intervene on aspects of real life that you should spend more time on. In my opinion the name "no-lifing" should tell you the sheer problem with it. ;)
  13. My favourites know who they are. :
  14. Definitely the ability to control time. : Freeze time, rewind, fast forward, etc..
  15. Definitely the Eragon series. Waiting on the third book coming next month. I still haven't watched the movie, and don't play to, as not to ruin how I imagine everything. :
  16. My Top Four 1. Slayer 2. Runecrafting 3. Farming 4. Summoning/Hitpoints
  17. Nope, but some of the reprocussions to breaking laws had the death penalty, but it is was not practiced so people get off scott-free. The example of this that I was told about by my law teacher is that the penalty for cattle rustling was a hanging, but since the law was no updated, and rarely broken aside from this particular incedent, the person got off with nothing.
  18. Definitely boxers for the comfort, looseness, and air-flow.
  19. Thanks a lot Meol. As for the knife, from the various descriptions I have heard on news reports I believe it was a bowing knife. It is definitely a sad happening, and hopefully will not be repeated anywhere.
  20. *Warning the following is very graphic* http://www.nationalpost.com/most_popular/story.html?id=692762 I have seen a variety of stories about this on the local news, and am very surprised that something so out of the ordinary would happen in a relatively quiet area such as this, and on a bus at that. I am interested to see the views and opinions of others on this matter.
  21. Sounds fun. I'll definitely attempt this one since I've missed out on a few of the past rank contests. I like how you said "deathline" instead of "deadline". It sends chills down my spine for soem reason. :
  22. Personally, I would stick with the strength/defence potion options, or even throw in some super attacks in place of a few super defence. I would only choose this because they stand to rise in price, and can be used for slayer assignments, or other types of monster hunting.
  23. No problem. I would calculate that for you as well, but I'm unable to do that and my slayer task at the same time. Sorry. I can suggest using those links that I made. :
  24. I'll suggest the following areas. I am not sure on the xp, but it likely varies from 30-40k xp per hour. Possibly more. - Fire Giants in the Waterfall area, unlocked after the Waterfall quest. - Black Dragons in Zanaris, unlocked after the Sir Amik Varze portion of Recipe for Disaster quest. - Blue Dragons in the Taverly dungeon, and I suggest 70 agility for the shortcut. - Avansies in the Godwars Area, and I suggest reading a guide before attempting. - Iron/Steel Dragons in the Brimhaven Dungeon, I suggest a guide before attempting. Those are among my favourite areas. Slayer tasks, and certain slayer monsters are also very good choices, such as Cave Horrors and Nechryaels.
  25. Costs 63-66 Herblore Super Strengths Required: 1022 Clean Kwuarm Cost Per: 2959 Water-filled Vials Cost Per: 92 Limpwurt Root Cost Per: 816 Total Cost Per Potion: 3867 Total Cost to Create: 3 952 074 Revenue from Selling: 3 000 592 Total Loss: 951 482 66-70 Herblore Super Defence Required: 1610 Clean Cadantine Cost Per: 1221 Water-filled Vials Cost Per: 92 White Berry Cost Per: 625 Total Cost Per Potion: 1938 Total Cost to Create: 3 120 180 Revenue from Selling: 738 990 Total Loss: 2 381 190 Loss from 63-70 Herblore: 3 332 672 I have based these prices on the medium Grand Exchange prices for July 31st 2008. The values are based on each item buying and selling for the medium Grand Exchange price. Prices can vary. I also based the xp values on the beginning xp values of levels from the Tip.it value table. You will save money, and gain more xp than this method if you buy grimy herbs and clean them, rather than buying clean herbs. You will also save a small amount of money if you buy empty vials and fill them with water yourself. I could suggest farming the second ingredients, but that is quite time consuming, so likely out of the question. There are more cost-effective methods to reach this goal, but you seem set on doing it this way. Be aware that my calculations may be incorrect due to any errors. I will suggest these pages if you decide to calculate some things for yourself. XP Value Table Tip.it Herblore Calculator Runescape Grand Exchange Database I hope I was of some help. Good luck with 70 herblore, and have fun. :
