  1. i thought you left for a while? If not, i have 4k green bodies for ya. I was about to start alching them myself too. Nice trip as well. I have never gotten a single rune drop from fire giants.
  2. Ignore the kids and enjoy your pixel wealth, and acheivments. Congrats and keep up the great playing :D
  3. I would give it to various friends, and some strangers. Buying 99s/rares with non-earned money is not an acheivment for me.
  4. the vid was cool. Anyone thinking the sword is a new "alternative" to veracs is forgetting the 50-100m price tag. How many everday kgers/monster hunters can afford to buy one? honestly  The music made me turn my speakers up. name please? Nice sword btw
  5. what drops the d boots?
  6. what drops the dragon boots?
  7. I'll have to do some more crafting, blow 10mil, and get back on the first page of highscores :P Only for you toast 8-)
  8. Very nice. Beats mine of 19. Did you use sup energies? If not, you should give it a go. You also may want to try a "tag team" thing- trade off the flag at three specific points to the three runners.
  9. yea, thats why I'll never get over 100 tears from tears of guthix
  10. wow, can you walk me through it in game now? :ohnoes: There's only about 3 other people that have been able to finish that quest.
  11. The ironic part of this entire thing is, more then half the replies here are "omg I agree!", posted by the players criticized by the article.... However, being an adult player myself (over 30 yro), I agree hole heartedly. Between autoers/gold farmers, constant easy/childish updates, and the overall repetitiveness of the game, I find myself playing less and less. I remember reading of years past when collecting the materials to train was considered part of the skill. To do this, one needed not only the time and dedication to collect them, then use them, but also needed friends and help from the community. However, most players now just want an easy way to make money, some bot to collect the materials cheap, to then buy the materials and blow it on the skill getting 99 in less then a month. What is the big hurry? Where is the yearn to feel a sense of accomplishment in taking 2-3 months to train the skill, but while doing a large part of it yourself. Recently someone I know reached 99 herblore, it took her 2 years. She doesn̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t need a high scores table, a fancy cape, or a forum to show off the achievement to. The feeling of accomplishment in looking at that 99, remembering what it took and how long, are more then enough. That's one way to separate the kids from the adults-who can stick with it for 2 years? Typically only the adults. That is what made rsc and rs2 (up to 1-2 years ago) so great, the huge feeling of accomplishment when completing a goal. It took time, dedication, guts to go places that had no warning popup, to complete quests with out guides (day long quests that took more then one try and multiple bank stops to finish), and to stick with it, with the help of friends. For the most part, that is now long gone.
  12. How often does guthans fail to heal you, forceing you to either pray or eat?(how many times per hour?)
  13. Looks like its going to be a very good month for updates  :)

I thought the pc world was 78? world 99 always seems to be empty of pcers, at least when I go there. Anyway, I do agree that world 99 seems to have to many players for it to be a good home world. After all, what is the purpose of a home world? A server where tip.iters can run into fellow tip.iters. With world 99 being anywhere from 1700-1900-200 people, I find this as defeating the purpose. A real home world would have less then 1500 people on it at peak times. And if you do not want to run into an "hyt", then go to a different world and get away for a log session or two. I do support a new home world. But, I don't care if a select group of 5 friends chooses it, or if we vote.
  15. I don't say hi in game enough, so i'll say hi here... Hey! :P
  16. that was me, on my pure. I lost connection. give it back please
  17. at the picture above. Thanks everyone for the positive replies! Lets just see how long untill flax bots start left clicking :XD: .....
  18. I thought you have been back for some time now? Are you just going public now or am I mistaken? Anyway, good to see your blog again and run into the occasional green dot at miths and edge. Hmm, sounds familiar :-k ....almost like I said it before
  19. Prove it :? Take me to kbd again please.
  20. Before I start, I want to give credit to Cruiser1 and LordBaer for explaining this to me. As many of you know, there are hundreds, even thousands, of flax autoers. I will explain a simple way to have some fun with them. The only requirement to do this is you must have a cat, and do the needed quests to obtain one. They are very simple, and most players have them done. Most flax autoers use the field south of seers bank. Simply take your kitten/cat, walk there, and place the cat over a flax plant. The cat is on top of the flax, which makes the autoer click on the cat instead of the flax! Now, what in the world are you going to do to pass the time? I usually alch and report bots. I even merchant/use the forums while I stand there (asking traders to come to me of course). This is a simple and fun way to mess with flax bots. Watch as 5-10 bots stand at the same flax plant for hours  All the while, getting mage exp and making money on the forums. I know this guide will never win any awards, so there is no need to post about how simple it is. :P Have fun! :)
  21. I have seen it, its an autoer doing it as well. go figure. (or at least it was an autoer that started)
  22. Red and green. more red I suppose, although none fits perfectly.
