you do realize, even though you didnt do anything, that guy can press charges, chances are he wouldt get away with it cause he pulled a weapon too. but even though you didnt shoot you can get in alot of trouble True. But SuperMike's friend could press charges against the other guy cus he stole his "chain." And i bet a bunch of teens(im guessing thats how old you guys are) wouldn't do that.
