I hit 24s with full bow, no pot or prayer. Iv never tried it with a pot, i bet i can hit a 26. Im lvl 96 btw.

They are great if u can find an empty world. If u really want to kill them, go there at midnight and u can find a few of empty worlds.

Then ask some one with 99 slayer that is "poor", he might say Skill cape > Phat. Any one can merchent to get a Phat, but can one take the time it takes to get a 99 skill? Thats the real question.
