The wilderness dungeon is actually called the Fire Giant Dungeon. Its south west of mage bank/arena. Its not really a good place, hard to get to, spiders are annoying to pass, pretty sure revanants can reach you there. Ct dungeon is definitely the best.

Well hunting Green Dragon for their bones and hides is a pretty stable income, so it would be a good idea to kill dragons.
