As of the current prices prayer potions are the best to make, buy low sell high. I would also encourage planting herbs and do a farming run whenever you can, free exp and money.

You may be able to make that much monster hunting for a week or so. Or you can try other way like green dragon and avvys, which are a stable income.

Bring a war tortoise with 1-2 war tortoises, and 2 fruit bats along with plenty of scrolls. Normally a trio ends with at least 70+kc, with 4 players you should get more.

Get 69 summoning (fruit bat), and 90+ range (armadyl) then you could probably do any GWD boss. You could still bandos and saradomin now because in a relatively large team you wont need a summon. Either barrage rock lobsters > Waterfiends > Slay for the charms. For ranging do avvys until you can afford to chin your level until 90.

Grab a needle and thread and just make coifs from cowhides, 100k exp shouldn't take that long either.

Its nothing you should camp/aim for. If anything tormented wraiths for their elixer drop, and of course some sigils from corp.

Use ruby (e), if your team requires to use diamonds then use it, otherwise just stay on rubies whole kill. You should stand a few spaces away from meleers, about as south as you could while still being near the door, also should have a few squares from the other rangers so you don't get hit with the white explosion attack. Corp will randomly hit people regardless where they stand, just spread yourself out.

It doesn't recharge if you logout, your best bet would either be to take a sip of a restore potion or die and get your stats back to 100%. Also if you like 2 doses of attack potion you could probably pot until it reaches your base level again.
