Teaks are 70k+exp/hr, playing for 3 months around 1 hour wc'ing is more then enough to get to 99. Also might want to look into mousekeys for dropping quickly.

Sorceress Garden is the best exp from 1-45. After that blackjacking in prov is the fastest. It's also possible to 1 click all the mazes, but the guards move at a slightly different tempo (especially if you get caught) so you aren't 1 clicking every time.

There were issues with prayer being delayed, and after they "fixed" it, the delay was worse and you couldn't regenerate hp. I think it might be because of the quick prayers but L'm not sure. Definitely a bug that should be reported.

If you have a camulet then granite would still be faster. The only way iron would compare with granite is if you are using a spirit kyatt. You really have to get a enchanted water tiara though, just revolutionizes granite mining.

Scimitar/2h combo is probably the most effective. For now you should go for 20 attack, around 40-50 str, and 50 range. Then move on to 40 attack and as high as your str and range you can go.

The only reason I can think of is that with your stats Dharoks wasn't as effective as the whip while you were at giant spiders. Also to be honest I'm shocked that you managed anywhere near 45k/hr at giant spiders with no potions, let alone 55k+.
