The main reason for that is probably just the way people are training. People get 88 summon for the pony, and then just see 1 more level for the best blue charm familiar. People who have gotten to or past 92 are usually heading straight for 95 or 99 (common level goals). I think wolpertinger is better for combat since it is higher level and smaller (wont get stuck dancing as much).

Grats I guess, but I don't really see why you post a half way to 99 thread when you already have 4 99's. Just seems kinda pointless :P

I haven't used my wolpertinger yet, but my friend says it maxes out at 23. Also he said that it destroy black demons (which geyser does too). If you are trying to ask if getting the 3 levels is worth it, I'd say no unless you plan on getting higher summoning anyways.

Im on a laptop atm so I cant really do much on rs, so I saw this topic and decided to see if the 200k loss is consistent. I bought 200 keys (4x him because that is all trade limit would allow) and used them all. Final loss was like 700k, but that did not include about 120k coins, rubies, diamonds and runes. I just threw up the ores, bars, d stones and rune legs. I didnt take screeny but I think it was 10.4M to buy the keys and 9.7M back. So overall I think it looked like about 3k loss per key.

You can get daggs, I get them all the time, it is all luck. I didnt get black demons till like task #75 even though they are one of m favorite tasks. On the knowledge base there is a list of all tasks that each master assigns.

Depends what you are killing, but 95% of the time the void range is better than black hides. Anything without impossible defence you should use void for.

A normal titan (79 to make) will not do 5 damage per whip hit. You would be lucky to get 2-3 damage from the titan from every whip hit. Bunyip is better by far, the level 79 titans are just completely ineffect, too slow to attack and are inaccurate. The problem is that they are too big to move around to attack quickly. At level 92 you get the Wolpertinger which is only 1 space big so it may be worth it for combat. And at 89 the Geyser Titan is able to range so that is pretty good aswell as it doesnt dance as much.

Good tips, I already the slayer helm + rings + 500 points extra for blacklisting but I was kind of wondering about the runes vs exp. 400 points for 10k exp is pretty much just like wasting 960k (if you buy slayer dart runes) instead of just killing 84 Bloodvelds (just picked a random common task). I will definitly just be buying slayer dart runes.

Most lower levels look down upon summoning because they do not have the funding to get it to a reasonable level where it helps with combat. At level 68 (which is not that high for any other combat stat except prayer) you get the bunyip which you can use anytime and it heals a good amount, where it may not attack with you to show how fast you can kill another creature with your higher combat level, it is like an extension to your HP stat. Summoning isnt really seen as its own skill to me, but it is seen as a way to further all of your current stat through alternate ways.

This year was my senoir year in high school, I have already been accepted into college and have a full time job lined up to start next Friday (Day after my final exams finish). I was sick for a lot of the last year, but even then I still dont play as much as other people I know. I just concentrate when I play, I do slayer above average as compared to others which tanks my combat up fast. If you look at my non-combats, they are [cabbage] with exception of crafting and woodcut which didnt take long at all to get to their levels. I am physically healthy and go out every weekend with friends so I do have a normal lifestyle.

The problem is with lower stats would simply be finding a world that you can keep up with, during prime hours I dont think you would be able to.

Im pretty much done teaching people to dk, there is many guides out now on how to do it and it really isnt that hard to learn sorry.

After using combat bracelet for so long I have to keep it till atleast 99 slayer, the fact that it updates every 10 kills really makes the tasks seem to go faster, also it gives me a better idea of when to drink another dose of super set. I am currently working on some quests so that I can do all level 3 clues (I hate dropping them) and after that I will probably be nearing 175 QP so after 99 slayer I will get the barrow gloves.
