+30 range is definitely worth getting. Morrigan's top & bottom, ranger boots, and archer(i) have a collective bonus of +26 compared to Dhide, snakeskin, and no ring.

PvP was always a minority. So are clans. And if you think that clans are a small amount of people, I invite you to look at the RSOF. The Jagex Cup. Our site's clan community section. Runescape Community's clan section. Sal's clan section. Clan Wars Arena worlds are just a poor shadow of what the clan world really is, and if that's your only idea of it, then I pity you. It is far larger than that, and far more engrossing. ^ this. Pro clan wars are just about the most fun thing to do in the game. I'm seriously considering dbow spec... it's alot easier to predict a claw spec than a dbow

Yeah so... Ranged definitely got a big boost w this update. B2B 2 Dbow specs or 2 MSB specs sounds really deadly Another potential combo is DScim spec and then Claws or 2 DDS Just realized w/ spec rests: (but these used to be possible too) 2 ZGS specs are also possible but I can only see that being useful for sara 2 D2H specs are also possible but I don't really see that being useful anywhere lol

Wording on the spec ring got changed, looks like it might affect all items now Members only. Requires an Attack level of 62 and a Dungeoneering level of 62. The ring of vigour has a strength bonus, and reduces the cost of any special attack by 10%. This is mostly relevant for ranged: 65% * .9 = 58.5 58.5 * 2 = 117 So its possible to do 2 dbow specs in a row now in safe pvp It's also now possible to do 2 MSB shots in a row in any pvp context

"Safe" PvP = clan wars, castle wars, soul wars, etc. Oh, sorry. But who really cares that much about safe pvp these days anyway. Still a big part of the game, and i'm a huge clan wars fan

so you have to drink a pot therefor it's not in a row. jesus can Jagex release a single update without idiots crying that pvp is broken again? Well PvP is Runescape's nursery-oh no he didn't-oh yes he did. Interestingly, PvP is just about one of the only things that require any actual skill (reaction time, strategy, etc.) in this game... oh wait that was 2 years ago

so you have to drink a pot therefor it's not in a row. jesus can Jagex release a single update without idiots crying that pvp is broken again? you can drink pots and spec without interrupting your attack turn And no, safe (not necessarily dangerous) pvp WOULD be broken if it really is 10% of spec bar. Even the best players will sometimes lose purely to Claw specs. Most of clan wars nowadays is just idiots running around with claws, 2 hitting 138's

LOL what'll piss people off is the fact that it specifies melee only =\ where is the eye of the warrior? maybe they couldn't figure out what item slot it should be either yeah they need a counter to this BS. and wtf... why would you imbalance the combat triangle even more towards melee.... Spec restore pots, my friend 125% spec bar

Returning lost dung rewards
Not really, b/c you usually make money w/o one single particular item in mind, and some people just start off w/ a lot of money
-
Returning lost dung rewards
Everything you listed comes from an activity, not a skill. Chaotic weapons are the best weapons in the game for almost every situation. The items you listed are not. Aside from the two highest tier CW armors (which are useful only in CW, mind you, and should not be used anywhere else, unlike chaotic), none of those items (or item sets) take longer than nine hours to get. It takes significantly longer to obtain a chaotic weapon. Even HALVING the price to RE-BUY (that is, you have to spend the initial 20-30 hours to get the weapon) put the weapons ahead of any of those items in time required to re-obtain. It's entirely fair. So the reward seller should be pitiful about you? The poor guy already has enough trouble smuggling those items out of Deamonheim. If you lose an item worth 50m (I assume people value their chaotic equipment at 50m), you die and lose it, do you think you deserve to get it off the GE for 25m? Nope, you'll just have to earn that 50m back, and that doesn't take longer than nine hours. Why would you compare normal sellable items to earned items... theyre pretty different... and idk what you're doing that earns 9M/hr
-
Returning lost dung rewards
Either way they should have implemented this from the start... Idk why jagex is making people earn 2M xp repeatedly just cause people are idiots and risk chaotic for no good reason My original suggestion was just to spend DG tokens to buy the ability to use an item and then pay money/tokens combo to buy the actual item. I'm pretty sure on the order of 30-50M would be reasonable and also a huge money sink

effigies
Con is really fast w/ mahogany tables, like 700K/hr but gp/xp of like 15 or something Both con and thieve are terribly boring I gave up on training for effigies cause I realized I'm training for skills to train for more skills = fml
