  3. Or they could have put him in a cage to rot in the middle of Baghdad.
  4. Also, It is being said, he died as a "hero". His hair had jell, he was wearing nice clothes, he responded peacefully to the other people who were about to hang him. In Iraq, some people believe he died as a hero. Being Iraqi, I agree with the way he was killed. Giving him a gunshot to the head would be what he wanted. We are not going to give this criminal what he wants! :-X
  5. Eragon and Eldest, I believe Christopher Paolini is from America...

  10. Cholera Spreading Rapidly In Angola Almost 1,300 Are Dead http://infoweb.newsbank.com/iw-search/we/InfoWeb May 18, 2006 Washington Post, The (DC) Edition: F Section: A Section Page: A16 Author: Craig Timberg; Washington Post Foreign Service Craig TimbergWashington Post Foreign Service. "Cholera Spreading Rapidly In Angola Almost 1,300 Are Dead Squalid Conditions Cited" Washington Post, The (DC)2006-05-18: A16.School Library Collection By NewsbankOnline. Infoweb by Newsbank, Inc. January 9, 2007. JOHANNESBURG - Contaminated drinking water, poor sanitation and dense urban living have caused the worst outbreak of cholera in the history of Angola, with 1,298 dead and tens of thousands of others infected, international health officials said. The outbreak began in February in Luanda, the rapidly growing capital where most of the more than 4 million residents live in squalid, trash-filled slums without reliable sources of clean water. It has since reached 11 of Angola's 18 provinces and, in some areas, continues to grow worse. Nationwide, officials report 600 new cases a day, more than anywhere else in the world and a pace more than four times faster than in the world's second-worst-hit area, southern Sudan. On Tuesday alone, 31 Angolans reportedly died from cholera. "I have never seen anything quite like this," David Weatherill, a water sanitation specialist for Doctors Without Borders, a French medical aid group, said at a news conference in Johannesburg on Wednesday. Cholera is caused by bacteria often found in contaminated water, though once outbreaks begin, the disease also can spread among people, especially in densely populated areas. Eating fish caught in contaminated water can spread cholera as well. Most people who are infected with the bacteria never show symptoms, but for those who do, the combination of frequent diarrhea and vomiting can cause dehydration and rapid death. It's a crazy disease, and it's starting to claim many and many more lives mainly in Africa. There are TONS of articles like this. Like : " 500 more cholera cases in Angola" , "Cholera kills 213 in Ugandan".

  12. Wow, does everybody on these forums live in America or U.K? Well I live in QATAR! That's right. (Good luck finding it) Pros : Cheap oil, conversion or metric would probably be $00.65 a barrel :\ considering it runs the economy. Warm weather all year-round. Cons: Stereotype. Everyone suspects I have a family tree of "terrorists" because I just so happen to be Iraqi. It's pathetic. Pretty ugly country, some nice places. CONNECTION BLOWS. THE MAX YOU CAN GET IS LIKE 1 MBPS.
  13. I don't know what wrong with my comp, it keeps restarting every 5-10 minutes, im lucky I even got to here! Whats the problem!
  14. Favorite sport would be American Football :) Pretty wierd for an arab to like that huh. Someone in sports that I admire would be the captain of the Iraqi national soccer team. Very good player, very sportsmanlike and down to earth. He was given a contract to play for Inter-milan, the contracted included him not playing on the Iraqi team, he didn't go with the contract :o
  15. I like fruit gums, pretty hard to find them anywhere other than England :(

  19. Well if your friend or someone beside you has hiccups, keep asking them this : " Did you steal the key to the church? " They'll be like... "huh?" Keep telling them to concentrate and think about it. Works like a charm :D They completely forget about the hiccups and and think about a made up key with a church :!:
