  1. Neither is really going to be worth the trouble of getting the thing to attack, to be honest.
  2. Godswords are not good with low melee stats. They're slow enough that you want to be hitting very frequently. If you're going to be hitting a lot of 0s, you want to use the whip so you get a lot of chances. I've seen low levels with Godswords thinking that they're all that- it's kind of sad. They just hit 0 after 0. Try to borrow one and you can see for yourself.
  3. Greasemonkey is the Firefox add-on that reads Tip.it Microhelper. Think of it like the Microhelper is an mp3 file and Greasemonkey is a media player. You can get an mp3 file without a media player, but good luck getting your computer to understand how to play it. You can download Greasemonkey here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748 In the future, we have a tech support forum.
  4. Your stats are low enough that any Godsword will just be an exercise in futility. You'll be hitting a lot of slow 0s. Stick with the whip until at least 85+ attack and strength.
  5. Meleeing black dragons is only a little bit easier than soloing the KBD, and the drops are way worse. If you aren't safespotting your black dragon task, it's best to take it to the KBD. More fun, more exp, more chance of a good drop... But that's just my two cents.
  6. The special cannot be made up for with bunyip/guthans, it can be supplemented by them. There are several places where you are not going to live without additional healing to the bunyip, and Guthans is a huge four inventory space waste of time and effort compared to a single special attack. I may be spoiled, but I can hardly even imagine trying to do a dark beast task without my SGS and unicorn at this point, and GWD would be way less fun. The prayer restore IS astounding if you're not an idiot who wastes it. Use it for piety and guess what? You just dealt out more extra damage per spec than you would have with an AGS! You will almost always get 5 prayer per spec (the minimum if you miss), and I often get more like 10-12 with 99 strength. The special is not like an AGS special- it DOES hit more accurately than a normal hit, and it also has a tiny hidden strength bonus (hit 62 with it on a slayer task, shouldn't be able to hit that high normally). As far as I can tell, the AGS lacks this accuracy boost, but all the other Godswords seem to have it. I hit over 55 way too often with SGS specs for it to be a coincidence- I just usually don't hit that high that often. Again, the AGS is only more enjoyable if you're not using the prayer points you get effectively. Or maybe you just like seeing bigger numbers regardless of what you sacrifice for them? Who the hell cares about a small graphical glitch?
  7. It's been pretty thoroughly proven that SS/whip are faster exp than Godsword if you're training on something with low defense. Of course, it's different if you're training strength on God Wars bosses :P
  8. It would let you kill one brother a little bit faster, maybe two if you're REALLY slow. For the rest of them, you'd hit better in full Verac's. So no, it would do a negligible amount of good. You'd probably be better off DDS specing Karil instead.
  9. If you don't do bosses, you don't want BGS. If you start doing GWD regularly, it's a good investment, otherwise it'd be kind of a waste. It's not good for slayer or barrows- you only get one spec every five minutes.
  10. Oh, sorry, is "I don't know how to plug this formula into excell" not a problem? Because, you know, I thought that was the whole point of the thread.
  11. Train your defense, then your attack, then your defense, on until they catch up to strength, and then train controlled. If you bought a month of members, you could get it really quick with summoning. That would probably be cheating, but then again you would win.
  12. "To the," like an exponent (5^2 = five to the second = 5x5 = 25). If you don't know what that means, it means you have no hope of solving the problem. You undo it with logarithms... somehow.

I'm pretty sure I remember it being part of the original Lunar set. Not 100% sure though.
  14. No, I don't. Go put in 750k like I said and your problem will be solved. Next time actually read the instructions before coming to help & advice; it tells you that during the quest.
  15. Sounds like you have under 750k in there, or you accidentally set some workers to idle, or you have extremely low favor. Put it more money, double check your worker settings, and rake the flax and herb patch until she tells you to stop.
  16. Same lol. I know I could have done it in about a minute when I was a Sophomore in high school... but that was four years ago now. I should learn math again >_>
  17. If you do this, get a Sara coif instead of the stole.
  18. I do not, sorry.
  19. Thanks for taking the time on that post, but what kind of hits would I be hitting with my SGS? I'm only 85 str atm btw, as im aiming for 99 attack. You'd be hitting enough. It wouldn't be like the 60s I sometimes get, but then again you're not doing any 75s with an AGS either. I never used an SGS before 99 attack and strength, so I honestly can't tell you what to expect. If you value attack over strength, you definitely wouldn't like the AGS- the SGS spec is more accurate in my experience, while the AGS spec is stronger.
  20. If you forgot your password, the account can't be very old/cared about. Just make a new one.
  21. SGS for almost everything. For generic monster hunting, the extra prayer (use it for piety if you aren't praying) and hp are worth more than maybe 15 extra damage every 2 and a half minutes. For GWD or DKs, use it on the minis for free hp and prayer. AGS specs almost always miss GWD bosses anyway. I spent a 60 kill trip at Sara with a guy with an AGS (I had SGS), saw him hit one 75 on the boss. That was cool, but I was using half as much super restore and Sara brew as him. Besides that 75, his AGS didn't do anything very spectacular at all. For soloing bosses, BGS is better than SGS or AGS, but if you have to choose one it's kind of a toss-up. Neither has many benefits in a short trip like that, but the extra bit of hp and prayer from an SGS is nice. The only time I would EVER say AGS is the best Godsword is competing for drops. The SGS doesn't help do more damage than other people, and the BGS would just help everyone. Any other time, the AGS is outclassed by other Godswords.
  22. Bad idea. When you click to get more pots, the last thing you want is four terrorbird pouches and a super restore. Plus, when it dies, you'd have to drop a potion, run to the pile, pick up a new pouch, and summon it instead of just summoning one from your inventory.
  23. Slayer. You get that nifty black mask bonus to make up for moving around, get to fight monsters that actually drop things, and get slayer exp that, while you may not care about it now, will be appreciated later in your RS career.
  24. if they dont disappear then why dont they shoiw when you right click the lobs Because they aren't displayed. Count the raw lobsters on the ground when you're done. Alternatively notice that as they die, more will start to be displayed.
