  1. Jagex have no obligation to release an update once a week at all anyway. You should be happy that they even update the game once a month. Alot of games aren't. 1 or 2 months? It's been a week since they announced that 99 capes were being released, and didn't give a release date at all anyway. To be honest you need to grow up. Learn to have some patience, and be grateful of the updates that Jagex do give us. Somebody mature! That's a rarity in the Runescape community. =D> Jagex never backed down on their words purposely, the costume room will come...
  2. GL with that mate, every game that is popular will always have hackers, ALWAYS. it's simple. On-Topic: i have never been hacked, get a good anti-virus and firewall, scan you comp every week and you're fine. Oh btw, GL with brute force to the 1 who mentioned it. CRackers. Crackers and hackers are two distinct things. :-k
  3. I don't remember the two of them ever racing for 99 Prayer because that was inconceivable in RSC. Gear managed to get that highest combat level on RSC which was (is) 123 by getting 93 Prayer. Fook never got 99 Thieving and I don't know where you pulled that story from. The first to 99 Thieving was Swedemike. Actually, they were tieing for the maxed combat level, which was finally based on their prayer. Hence, a race. I checked the high scores often and he did post along his race to 99 here, but my memory isn't that sharp to remember that well... I have a life you know. :P
  4. Some others I remember from my permanent return to Runescape: Ltangel - The first 99 crafter. Zonghui and Gearshifter - The pride of Runescape's gods (first to 99 prayer, they were racing for it so I forgot who actually got there first). Whitemagem - Musashi22's rival, accused of account sharing to surpass Musashi's experience. Katnieks - The creator of AutoRune, the cause of the infamous party hat dupe accident. I'm not mistaken, Fook a ji was the first to hit 99 thieving but got banned due to his name. :notalk:
  5. Nope, they don't have to help it just speeds up their turn arounds. The more efficient the team, the faster the bars get traded. When you're smelting 700 to 1000 bars an hour, you find it's chaotic enough to make it interesting. Plus, as the team only needs to be 3 or 4 guys, you can choose the pick of the litter. Some moron keeps messing up? Just don't use him. The runners like it as it's very good cash, with little to no waiting. Granted, you're only making 30k to 40k an hour smithing xp. Still, that you're doing that and turning in a profit has to be an upside. That, or you could just powersmith on stackables or high alch the best product you can make out of it. :P
  6. They're the second-largest group that say it, where most are second accounts by low-mid level players. Not only are they lying but they're also giving genuine new players a bad reputation... Do we really want to drive off the actually good players and return Runescape to the peaceful game it was?
  7. It didn't used to, but thanks for the warning. :P
  8. In five years I've never changed my password and I never got "cracked" into. Yes, use the proper term next time. :-k The majority of these people (about a third) get their accounts breached by keyloggers, which is again gotten by trying to break yet another rule/s: Trying to find "cheats", account sharing and macroing. It's their fault for not paying enough attention.
  9. The hunting skill, Necromancy, Horses, Non-elemental staves, A full-functioning bank at home, New playable races, Extending the level cap of 99, Modern/Sci-fi weaponry, I could go on for hours~ :-w
  10. You don't really have to quit the game entirely you know. There are other factors of life which are fun. :P
  11. I'd take training seriously instead of loafing around after doing legends, then I'd probably have maxed out a year or two ago. :-k
  12. It's not as boring and repetitious. :P Plagiarist! I do the same thing only with steel. XD
  13. One can admit the crafting skill is HUGE as it is already, whereas skills like smithing have been left on the shelf gathering dust...
  14. Impossible, dragon slayer gives 18.5k exp in strenght and defence.I've seen it done a lot back on Runescape classic~
  15. You an achievement? Wear a rune platemail below level 18. :P
  16. Scratch tailoring; I'm all for the yodelling skill. =D
  17. Back in Mother Classic, skill total it was. Hence it was, is and always will be based on total skill levels. Meanwhile, you can suggest the addition of an experience score to Jagex.
  18. Inactive accounts are taken off the list, for your information. After a year of retirement I didn't see my name there until I logged on. :-k
  19. Simple: They were pioneers in their own doing. For instance Blue was the first player to reach 99 smithing, which at the time was a very difficult feat. On the other hand, Musashi's plan on "free smithing" lead to the drastically low costs of Rune equipment in a short timespan, making them very easily affordable to the Runescape population. Of course, the current generation of Escapers is mostly full of newbies who have no idea who these people are and their impact on the game. :P
  20. The Easter Bunny at work Forgotten Tales... Epilogue This looked painful at the time... The first day of farming Zan versus food These should do for now. :P
  21. Runecrafting is as new as the new Runescape engine. Tiaras aren't, for your information. The rest of the member skills excluding slayer, farming and construction were long ways in before the new Runescape engine. Horses won't likely be put in Runescape as seen from toy horses. New skill? Tailoring. Mages STILL don't have a skill where they can make their own armour.
