What level do you have your vanguard? What difficulty are you playing on? I solo'd a bronze match as a level 19 vanguard against cerberus recently. Took a little longer, but super fun. Also just got my krogan sentinel

Haven't unlocked Drell Vanguard yet, can't really offer any advice. The Drell adept is funny though, werweewovoeovwovowo New operation seems cool. Glad I have 2 classes already at 20 :D

Vanguard is fun. It's the only class I completely disregard my weapon on since you have ridiculous range on charge and nova being a strong AoE. Not confident with it on silver at all though. I think engineers and sentinels are the most flexible classes.

Vanguard is meant to jump into stupid situations but still live if they can use double nova correctly. It's usually the case that people fudge up that second nova. N7 rank is also an awful indicator of skill and should only ever be used as a rough estimate. Remember that you can still get XP from AFKing if your team mates are good enough. Also if you're playing bronze, the more vanguards, the merrier. I think 4 vanguards can achieve the fastest possible clear time on a bronze map.

I've been wondering how effective the chain shock is and if you can trigger tech explosions with that + overload.

Infiltrator is really best played with a sniper. If you're not too hot on the trigger like me, a rifle like the Viper is pretty good because of the super low recoil and reload time. You get 6 shots so you're allowed to miss and not be totally screwed. Otherwise, I've only seen shotgun infiltrators, who run around doing objectives mostly and occasionally blast mooks with their gun (easy in bronze, trickier in silver + gold) As for vanguarding, I personally took the double nova and the shield/armour/barrier pierce upgrades. Very strong and flexible. A lot of times, full nova is not necessary for damage and also being able to use it twice gives you more damage immunity time. Shockwave is pretty much useless I found. Naive, what are your thoughts on level 6 drone? Actually good? I used to run 6/6/6/0/6, but I'm thinking of going for 3/6/6/5/6 since the alliance training is pretty darn useful. I agree engie is beast; rip defences all day long lol.

I try to find ways to convince myself the ending is acceptable. When I watch the Indoctrination Theory videos, you realize how many plot holes they do leave and it almost seems impossible for them to fudge it up unknowingly. At least that's what I keep telling myself. I just want to feel good about the game again

It's fine tbh. The whole rest of the game was awesome. Just the ending was a flop. A big flop yes, but I do agree with the notion that we can't let it completely detract from the rest of the game. Also writer A mentioned on his Twitter or something that his fans heavily disliked how he ended a book series of his and maybe he wouldn't have made a difference.

Or dumping/rejecting Tali at any point

Almost certainly I'm also a little irked at how they still didn't do an in-game render of Tali's face, but whatever. Still wuv her <3:

It just felt like such an empty ending and I can't help but feel like this single 5 minute sequence in some way tainted the rest of my experience in ME. I still freaking loved the rest of the game. They closed out a lot of the plot lines extremely well; I really liked what happened with the Genophage and how the quarians and geth turned out, at least in my play through.

Mining Question.
What's XP/hr at around 80ish for LFM? It might be worth it tbh.

Fight Caves.. suggestions?
Flasks would be complete overkill, but you can use them so you can use a few prayer potions in place of restores. Ardy cape is probably the best cape since it has a nice prayer and magic attack bonus. Blood barraging as mentioned above would be a very good tactic, but I would still prayer switch on Jad.

Farming Questions
To say that farming isn't worth it at all without Jujus would be a stretch. Snaps are perfectly fine without jujus, they will just make significantly less. Jujus are still a #1 priority to get as a farmer, but you can still manage without them. Also scroll does very little for profits to be honest.

Wicked Hood v. Tiaras
To an extent; many cosmetic items are also just less common/rare.

Torstol farming.
Torstols average around 9k more per path than snaps, but losing a single torstol seed will be devastating for your profits. This is also assuming you average around 9 or 10 herbs per patch (jujus, secateurs, super comp). I would honestly stick with snaps until torstols become significantly better for profit, or the seed prices come down a bit. Remote Farming is a Livid Farm spell that lets you check all of your patches and cure them if any are disease.

Would it be better to just get the butler to unnote actual planks? Or can you not build and destroy fast enough to keep up with the demon butler?

What is the actual process involved? Do I use butler or no butler? From noted logs or planks? Also interested in how magic teak wardrobes work out
