Ya, I had the same problem. It didn't last too long though; I've got 30 hours a week of work for a summer job at a Pizza place, and I'm teaching myself how to draw right now, mainly manga style. Top that with Tricking training, television, a book on Superstring theory, and Xbox Live and.... I've still got too much free time :XD: .

Funny you should mention that. At 16, I was 5'8 and now (just 19) I'm 6'1, nearly 6'2. There's hope. However, because of my late and relatively rapid growth, my muscles and joints around the knees and back hurt, I get stretch marks (which are actually quite cool) and now, although this is pretty damn rare, I have one leg longer than the other. So don't think shooting up in height is all that. Eh, my dad's 5'10". Thankfully I've got more of the genes from my mom's side (she's 5'7" and the men on her side are tall), so I'm pretty much guarenteed to pass him, but it hasn't seemed like I'm going to pass 6' :| . It's only an inch, but there's a huge difference between 6' and 5'11", to me anyways >_<. Though, I've been sleeping more lately. Like 12-13 hours a day. My parents think it's a growth spurt, so there may be hope yet :) .

I think I speak for many of us when I tell you to shut up, quit whining, and pick something else to fix . I'm 5'7 and I'm 17. At the rate I'm going, I'll probably stop short of 6', hit it if I'm insanely lucky (late bloomer). Like, 1 in a 100 chance lucky. You're 5'7" at 13 dude, you've got a ways to go -.- .

I hate the concept of the "combat triangle". In Runescape everyone is everything. There aren't seperate classes. A mage barraging could whip out a dark bow or a dragon dagger mid fight. A meleer could randomly throw in a barrage and then pull out a bow and special for the finish. A ranger could pull out a dragon dagger after a few hits and special for the KO. For all intensive purposes, there is no triangle.

I never said it was a useless concept. assasin's the one arguing that; I have no idea about it :P (though assasin's POV sounds more logical, since we can't measure it why even bother thinking about it?).

Nixon wasn't all that bad. He was just too stupid to agree with his advisor and cover up something stupid that his party-members did. Don't get me wrong, he wasn't good, but there are plenty of presidents whove beaten him to the "Worst Pres.'s" list. Best president of all time was Lincoln, easily. Least fav would probably be... Hoover maybe :-k . Or one of the 1960-1980 morons, probably Johnson.

Just like the rest of the people that have posted so far, I took an online IQ test. I got a 328. [Never got it officially tested, and no, I never got that number. Waaaayyy too many high numbers on this thread- I'm probably somewhere in the 120s, mid 130s at best.]

The biggest difference I saw wasn't how healthy the food was, but the number of brand-name products the American families had. Everything they had in their pantry had a package and some product label on it, whereas the families from the other counties had a lot of produce and whatnot that looks like they may have farmed it themselves.

I'd reccommend doing sports instead, especially more intense ones if you want to get really fit. I didn't really hit the gym at all except for summer soccer training for JV and Varsity, because I have very little drive to just go to the gym on my own and train for whoever long I want to. Years of soccer pretty much did that for me- my trainer and coach drove me to succeed and become fitter and more skilled, instead of just myself. Now I've got a soft six-pack out of nowhere and much better endurance than if I hadn't played soccer. So, if you don't really have the drive to train on your own (I know I don't), play a sport, or two if they're seasonal :) .

I've seen God as well, but It looks different to me. God is such a complex being that we can never fully understand what It looks like. Her simple 9-year old mind could only understand God as looking human, and male, and thus pictured him as so. But I, being older, more experienced with life, and more intelligient, was able to see God in a truer form. No where near his truest form, but much closer. God is a gerbil.

No it would not exist outside of the universe and we can still measure it and think about it all we want. So it is very useful as a concept. I personally use this concept everyday. :-s No you don't. No being within the universe escapes It's laws. Thus, you don't experience universal time, but only how it relates to you. This is basic generaly relativity dude. The concept exists outside the universe because only an observer who is extrauniverse, yet still able to observe our universe, would be able to understand universal time.

Was your friend rich, and thus did he pay full tuition? The way financial aid is built into American Universities, it's basically a system of having the rich help and pay for the poors' education. If conditions are bad enough for someone, and if the Uni they're going to has the right financial aid, they could go to college without paying a single penny, with maybe a small $4-6,000 dollar loan to pay years later. Me, I'm on the rich, no-financial-aid, side of the spectrum, so I am (or rather, my parents) going to be paying full tuition to help those who can't afford it.

Not bad for a first :) . I'd just reccommend smoother shading overall and less broad shoulders on the guy. The base picture looks good; I think it just needs to flow a bit more and look more 3d :P . Where exactly do you have the sun/source of light in the image?

Oh, that's a good one. My top and bottom rows of teeth don't line up. They don't look all that bad (as I just had braces on for two years, got them off a few months ago :-w ), but it's just an extreme annoyance to me #-o .
