  1. Ya, but that's a C- on an insane curve, seeing as how everyone else is failing miserably :D .
  2. Dude, where do you go to school? A 70 is passing mate.
  3. 90. I got an A \ .
  4. +1 Pretty much sums it up for me. Be less of an idiot here, both of you, it will help you later in life.
  5. Hmm, I was #17 last I checked, wonder when I hit #14... Tripsis, you're next  .
  6. Really, really creepy.

Is your soul philosophically dead or what? You've got that first sentence backwards, and no justification for the second.
  9. By rule 34 I declare that an impossibility.
  10. You know what would be a fun experiment? Having a week where everyone's information, they're username, av, sig, post count, everything, is removed when they post. Maybe giving everyone a number to semi-identify them, but not who they are. Then at the end of the week all those posts that only had the number on them would instantanesouly regain the information about the users who posted them. Then we could look through the threads for [cabbage]z and giggles, seeing if people get the same respect (or lack there of) for their posts without their post count or username visible. We could even have a game of trying to figure out which numbers pertained to what users. Is that possible? 'Cause that would be awesome.
  11. Knowing how barren and worthless all your lives would be without me around.

Going along that train of logic if you made it a 100% shorter it'd be 100% better  .

Which, as I pointed out on earlier^^^, equals a lesser value on the leg press machine that I use (vert+knees-to-chest full extension, etc.), approx. 275 or so for the 800+ guy, if that. As evidenced by the drop off of Hell's weight (which I still think could go lower, no offense), different forms change the relative value of certain numbers. Ugh. Is this even the proper way to do it, or just a nice way to put a high number on your stats? There are so many ways to cheat/make it easier (ex1: as the angle on the slant becomes less less force manifests against the direction of leg thrust, eventually reaching 0 at angle=0, and ex2: leg presses become dramatically easier as the starting position of the knees move away from the chest), if there isn't an official form for leg presses (which I could have sworn was my form) people will always have to take these stats with a pound of salt... It's way too qualitative to pin down, damnit.

Pfft, my f(x)=sin(.1x)+3. Happy awesomeness function :o!

Because the odds of you being able to do 400 lbs in the form that I am accustomed to (which, again, upon a bit of research seems to be different) is somewhere below the .5% range of the human population, .1% of I may say so. As a defensive linemen the percentage of possibility goes up to maybe 5%, which still isn't enough for me to believe you on your word. Sorry, skepticism is a force of habit for me, and having seen pics of you from SODB I don't remember you being that ripped. EDIT: Oh!!!! I see. Do you do leg presses vertically/on a machine, or slanted, and is your range of motion limited or full? Upon reading wiki I see I do a "cable" or "seated leg press", while others do a "diagonal sled-type". I think I may understand better where these numbers are coming from now.

No, I understand that legs are stronger than arms, that's essentially a fact across the human race. What I'm saying is that him saying he can do 400lbs on the leg press is bull crap. He's either not extending right or not doing the sets right, or probably both. A set at 400 lb no the leg press is at or beyond world champion weight lifting level mate. The 1000lb thing is even more bs. That's not even humanly possible. I mean, for christ's sake, the leg press machine at my university gym doesn't even go past 310 people. EDIT: Strange, something is off about this. Doing a bit more research I'm seeing claims of up to 2,000 pounds- it seems that there's a combination of artificially high numbers and different form that makes it easier to life more. With limited extension I can leg press over the 310 limit on the machine, but with my knees close to my chest I can't break 200. More research is required to understand this easier version of the leg press, but first I must eat...

Then you aren't doing it right. At all.

Holy [bleep] wall of text. Trap's back. You make good points, even if they're not all new and ground breaking. Of all that was stated I'd say the point about work, seeing your product from start to finish, is probably the one that I hadn't really thought about before. Although such an idea may apply to those more scientifically minded (or quite possibly not), that is a fact of life that I've witnessed but never realy thought about. Btw, I would get rid of the "love...yourself" line near the end. That's kind of just an excuse for TL;DR; if the reader can't figure out the answers from your text (there own anwsers), if they need you to simplify it when you've spent so much time analyzing and explaining happiness, something's wrong. It's like, if you're going to write that why even create a wall of text.
  19. I can't tell if he's mocking someone or just stupid. I'm actually beginning to think the former, which is a bit of a turn around. I'm thinking it has something to do with the fact that he has two posts that my instinct is telling me he's laughing at someone. Or, you know, he could just be [developmentally delayed]ed. EDIT: Scratch that, my gut is off today. His other two posts also take the time to mention that his girlfriend is the hottest chick in school. Apparently this young grasshopper is new to the neo-ways of building proper e-cred, starting with the skills of building a lie. Hint: ease into it mate; being blunt about it makes the lie too obvious. Instead of spending 75% of the post talking about how hot and awesome your girlfriend is, spend 2-10%. Make sure it's near the middle of the post, as putting it in the end or right [bleep]ing smack dab in the opening line gives the falseness of the matter away. When mentioning how cool and sexy she is, make it a side-note of the sentence, rather than the focus. If done skillfully, the reader will subconsciously, rather than consciously, understand how awesome you are for having such an awesome girlfriend, making it impossible for them to reject the idea of you actually having a girlfriend, let alone the hottest one in the school, and your e-penis will get past the two-inch mark in no time. For my disciple, good I have done. In the next lesson I will explain why saying you are "semi-retired from RS" is not necessarily a good pick-up line. Be sure to be there- I don't offer the same lesson twice. [hide=Evidence Back-up] [/hide]
  20. :| The 60's are that way <------
  21. And I reference my post in the smiley thread.
  22. I'm going to second this really good one until I can get all philosophical, which doesn't really happen for me at two in the morning.
  23. \ : Person who says they got laid but really didn't. =P~ : See above. 8-) : See above. : See above. : See above. :See above. : See above. :P : See above. :D : See above. :) : See above. ;) : See above. : : See above.

My first year of college halloween (and my birthday) are on Friday nights. Holy [cabbage] life is awesome. Haha I'm 18 and I'm still going to go trick-or-treating. You don't need to look young, you just need to be ready to be turned down once in a while :P I've been handing out candy since I was 14. I didn't mind older kids going around- it was always amusing getting to look up when some senior came to the door in some half-assed costume looking for free food. Plus, I got as many bags of skittles as I wanted with that set-up  .
  25. Anon can't even rape kids, let alone get laid period.
