Jagex has separate teams. Graphics team worked on the new NPC looks, I'm pretty sure there's a specific coding team just to bugfix, not to mention the appeal team. It's not all the same team that works together on one thing at a time.

Any artwork that is uploaded is automatically copyrighted. If someone rips your work, you can report them to a site mod/admin which will eventually take off the ripped work. This is an interesting case however, it would be easier to prove copyright when people send in original never-before-seen work, but now people may try to rip existing artwork that is in view to all. Hopefully, Jagex will look into their submissions and make sure no ripping's happen. Now if Jagex uploads ripped work, I'd suggest you send them an email or query addressing the problem, showing plenty of evidence, links, early versions of your work and so on, so they can prove it was a rip and remove it. If they don't respond, just keep trying till they do, because copyright is a pretty serious thing and I doubt Jagex would ignore such rules. Sent mine in.

Gold plate and legs at least are an awsome thing to have. 4k hat is nice too, but if I had time, I'd just get both the full gold and wear it with the 4k hat :D

Even if it has good info, it will become outdated and useless when newer and better updates come. This is probably why Jagex never released such a book, their game is continually being updated - unlike other games you buy once and it never changes.

To solve the possibility of ripping, I'd suggest you post a link to where you found the image as a cited source. Not much artistic editing here, mainly a joke movie.

Good background, simple color pattern with a text to match it. Unfortunately, there is nothing to rate about the buddy as all that was done was copy and paste parrts someone else made long ago.

They look pretty nice but the background colors really hurt, maybe it's because I'm using SubBlack so it's even brighter.

Can't find direct evidence of a rip (the exact pic original location), but from what I see the topic maker was just wondering if it was fake or not, not trying to claim it as his own work. For now, the pic is fake and the question answered. Since this board is really for getting your own work rated, I will lock this.

Legs are too short and shoulders seem a bit too wide, just need to work on anatomy some more but shading is ok. Try to add more color contrast, and shaddow on ground.

Did you make the parts from scratch yourself or did you just copy paste together premade parts? There is not much artistic skill to rate if it was just copy pasted, I'm sure you could challenge yourself to make something really original.
