I'd say the second one. The top two are better since the bottom one has some not as nice white color around the face.

Gallery is for fake screenshots only. However, I can answer your question in that Jagex has confirmed numerous times that they drop Dchains and people have been getting them for a long while now.

Project got off on a bad start, so I'll just lock this till someone makes their own grid for all to use or finds a grid which is free to use (AND crediting to original source). Once these requirements are met, a new topic with the same project can be opened to avoid ripping problems.

You'll want to shade the yellow areas the exact same way RS shades armor. Gonna be difficult, but a single armor edit with gilded would be worth the work. It's all about making one awsome piece instead of many you may claim "are just practice". Perfecting a single artwork is still practice in itself. :)

Yeah you'll need to add some shading. Sky color isn't too nice, purple just seems a bit weird. I'd suggest to make the rest of the pic asymetrical, with different things happening on both sides. One crazy idea would be to animate that siggy with tiny people running around with/without flags, icing people, dying, piling, so on..

Here's awikipedia definition of cartoon. Basically like said before, a cartoon could be done pixel, in PS, brushed, vectored, or any other such styles. Let's stop debating on what a cartoon is and stay on topic - helping him make the sigs like the ones he posted, regardless of what they're called.
