No offense, but I suggest you make more money then >_> Waterfiends are absolutely horrible to kill if you don't have the right gear. And the ZS alone is just under 4m.

There are only like 4 weapons worth using on waterfiends. Zamorakian spear, Saradomin Sword, Goliaths and Chaotic maul. Maul/Goliaths are the only ones you can train def with. You could get the ZS and train controlled with it. If you aren't using one of those 4 weapons, you probably shouldn't kill waterfiends. (Unless you have the maul, forget about training def.) As for setup.... Along with the weapons mentioned, you'll want range armour for body/legs, for magic def. Dunno what your range level is but the best options are either karil or royal dragonhide. Probably royal dragonhide because I think it's a lot cheaper. Neitiznot is probably the best helm. SW/Firecape are the recommended capes to use like everywhere, but if you don't have it, look for something prayer boosting like the God cloaks or Ardougne cape. Faling that, obsidian. Gloves are the best RFD gloves you have. Boots are dragon boots. Also, you'll want to use super att/str potions and prayer potions to pray piety/ranged prayer. They're worth it and not as expensive as you think. If you don't have piety, chances are you should use the next best pray. Also, super def pots might help you out. Not sure on those. You'll also want to use a bunyip there and use the swallow whole scroll.

Qft. @ Stev - Jagex is run by investors who want money. I'm pretty sure Jagex realizes how much people dislike the SoF, but the investors don't care and they have the majority share. Tbh, I just wish Jagex could be honest about it. SoF was put in game because of monetary reasons. Hell, it's not hard to put a positive spin on monetary reasons, especially with the upcoming combat update. Removing bxp is similar to removing effigies in my mind - probably a good thing overall, but we need something to replace it. Effigies hurt runecrafting the most, then runespan came out. Similarly, removal of bxp hurts herblore the most. We need something to make herblore better to train. Agility is also one of the skills that most needs revamped training methods imo.

Nope. Nothing does. Especially since the last thing Jagex wants is some game breaking glitch that gives millions of exp/h lol. Or the fact that you get duplicate items. Etc etc.

Well, it was originally aimed at 8 or 9 year olds, but the original pokémon fans are in their late teens or early twenties now. Obviously they don't want to alienate the young kids market, but they need to make it interesting to the older generation too.

I got a giant swordfish. About half an hour later I noticed it was in the bank. Actually, I noted a weird item was in my bank but I thought it was just a strange rock or something lol. I didn't really think about it. If I thought about it I would have realized it didn't look that much like a strange rock and it wouldn't be beside the fish. (Since I already put the fishing rocks on the statue.)

This actually really worries me. Thinking of casually wandering the map and getting attacked by a high level monster that just rapes you because you didn't put armour on because you didn't plan to fight anything. Dungeons are fine, I'm more worried about stuff in/near towns. Muggers probably won't be too bad, but what about those guards from the rescue prince quest that takes place mostly near draynor village? Those things are dangerous to unprepared newbs.

Please tell me you're joking. 100m is kind of a lot to most players. He's not joking. I've dropped over 1b on skills on different accounts without blinking an eye. Money is too easy to make, and I've started from scratch twice on one account, and on every other account. Didn't play much the last bxp weekend. And I found prices don't change like they used to. Doesn't mean much to me. Most people are not able to make money that easily.
