Fix the following after closing all the browsers. Also to get rid of the virus scan with an updated anti-virus (I see there is AVG on there). Use housecall for a free online scan.

It's a known bug.... From http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=236503 So your current best bet is: 1) Update JAVA & Firefox, see if it helps 2) getting a faster computer or playing on low detail or turning off other programs you run in the background 3) Nag Jagex to make their code use less CPU. In the mean time, volunteers from all over the world will be working on a lot of stuff for Firefox, including trying to fix your problem Smile. I knew I'd seen the same problem somewhere. :P

I learnt to swim one holiday when I was about 14 I think. I can swim quite well I suppose, but I don't like swimming. I get cramp a lot when swimming :x I suppose it's because I'm not used to using certain muscles or something. One of my good mates is a really strong swimmer. He just had trials for the commenwealth games(think it was that one) in Manchester a few weeks back. I used to sit next to him in a few classes and he stunk of chlorine :P

You will see it 'blink' when you open up a program or save something for example. It's perfectly normal.

Could be a number of hardware problems (bad cpu, loose connections etc) Have you been changing anyting in your computer recently?
