Yeah he was funny sometimes for a while, even if I didn't agree with everything he said. These days it isn't worth checking his site. The few updates that he does do just aren't that great. It will be interesting to see his book though.
  4. I've never really come across this problem in real life, only online. Well maybe a wee bit when I was in school, but that was 4 years, or so, ago. I listen to all types of music and can't stand when people complain to me when I do :P
  5. It's bad programming on Jagex's part. This is a common problem. For sound I would suggest using the rs client and not Firefox. Also try searching next time, this has been asked and answered quite a lot of times.
  6. Could be anything by Keane. Just a guess :)

Well I'm not a Star Wars fan at all, but I really enjoyed the movie. The only bad point of it was that you always kinda knew what was gonna happen since it is only episode 3. But that was to be expected. It's definetly a must see film

    1. If you had searched you might have come across a few threads with a similar problem.. one of them ... http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=249249 Read my post in that thread for an explanation. 2. Read through all the stickies before posting.... http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=98761 You will see Norton Anti Virus listed there. A good anti-virus software :)

My ticket is booked for Thursday in the evening. Going with a friend :) I wouldn't call myself as a big Star Wars fan but I'm looking forward to the movie.
  10. I nearly cried at the end of American History X. Can't remember anymore just now though. A friend of mine has to leave the room at one point in Armageddon, it's quite funny, we laugh at him for it :P
  11. Yes Bubsa I think it would. From http://www.guildwars.com
  12. There are no monthly fees for GW, like in similar online games. So when an expansion comes around I will have no problem paying for it :)
  13. Yeah I use an intel celeron 2.8Ghz and 512mb RAM, and it runs very smoothly.
  14. I'm Razer Light in game. Lvl 15 El/Mo (Air + Healing) I'm in a pretty organised guild atm, but I will add you to friendslist :)
  15. Yes I love it :D I know a few others here think the same :P So Nadril what's your current level & build? I will post a couple of pics later. In the meantime here's my sig from another board using ingame pics.
  16. Did you ever choose a uni to go to? That's if you are gonna go to one.
  17. Actually I have no problem with this. When reading logs I usually copy and paste it into notepad and use the 'replace' feature in it. But yes I do this so that it is easier to read. Doing what I said takes maybe 10 seconds to do?

Well I guess I don't know too much about because I didn't get used to it when I used it. I figured it would only be useful for me if I used those other programs. I still like using each program seperatly though. If you worry about long names on msn then there is always an option to shorten the name of the people on your list. Can't remember how to do it, ask dusqi, he knows

What happened today? Finished a group report, nearly managed to finish an individual report and had a presentation to do (we got 75% for it) Has been a very nice day for me :D I wish all were like it!
  20. Phil replied to meesa's topic in Off-Topic
yes it's only good if you use a lot or all of those programs (msn, aim, irc, yahoo etc) but since I only use msn and irc I use the programs on their own. I have tried trillian before, but didn't like it very much. I know a few people who use it though and really like it.
  21. I'm not sure about this year, but in past years there has always been 1 summer song that whenever I hear it, it reminds me of a summer , an example is Hey Baby by dj someone, brings back interesting memories when I hear it. You should probably ask at the end of the summer what has been this years summer tune. Or perhaps it's Peter Kay and amarillo. Is it still at number 1? :?
  22. Compulsary education is where you are forced to go to school. Like in the law for here, you are not allowed to leave school until you are 16 years old. Anything before that age is compulsary education. He now has the choice of furthering his education by going to college/uni or to leave and start work.
  23. Heh Nice! I remember on my last day at school there was big water/flour fights. We also were allowed to get our shirts signed, mines in the cupboard at my parents' place. 8) So any idea on what you're gonna do after the exams? Start work? Further education? Just laze about the place? Btw good luck in your exams
  24. Hahaha, it was the first time I'd seen it. The timing on it is great :P Yep I sing along when I hear it. It's a great song  My flatmate is the one who gets up and does the dance for it though...
  25. Yeah I was quite getting used to seeing pics that didn't work in threads and in people's sigs :P Having the jpgs back is good though :) Lets hope we don't have to do it again.
