I am interested in the anti-bender revolt because it seems to show that they want to abandon the traditions of "bending" to move onto the more modern setting that is being set up. Granted, I might be looking too into it but seeing how the whole spinoff looks modernized, they fit in rather perfectly. I am hardly interested in the Avatar at all compared to the political strife occurring, which might be what makes the anti-benders the most appealing aspect to me. I don't think they want to "abandon" the traditions of bending so much as wanting to give non-benders the chance at a good life. How many non-benders weren't portrayed as peasants or servants in TLA? I can only think of one.

So what part of the show are you guys most interested in? The training of the Avatar, the anti-bender revolt, or the Triple Threat Mafia? I like the Triple Threat Mafia issue best but they had better not be some joke thugs. I want them raiding the air temple island attempting to kill Tenzin and his family or something big like that.

I don't see my results being personality disorders as much as personality traits. Yeah, I tend to prefer isolation, my train of thought is off track with others a lot of the time, and I lack empathy, but none of that is a problem that makes me unfit for society or a normal life.

After watching the trailer again, I noticed that the kid at the end sounds exactly like Sokka, so maybe our trio is going to be Korra, Tenzin, and Sokka's son. If that's true then it shouldn't be too different from the original. I wonder how they'll throw Toph and Zuko into the mix...

Spent the day at Universal Studios. Had a hell of a time. It's great when the attractions are more experience oriented than "piss your pants thrill" oriented. Now we're on the bus headed for San Diego.

Finished with Disneyland. Had lots of fun. I bought myself a customized lightsaber and my niece a Pluto pillow pet. Tomorrow we're headed for Universal Studios.

In Los Angeles now. We walked up and down Hollywood Blvd., went to the wax museum, and ate at the Hard Rock Cafe. Tomorrow we're spending the day at Disneyland.

Why is it so cold? It was so nice the last couple of days and now it's cold? Anyways, I'm leaving for California today. In order to conserve phone energy I won't be viewing or posting on TIF while on the bus, so I'll see you all after I check into our hotel for the night.
