  1. Remember yesterday when we were talking about terrible songs? They all just lost the terrible contest. http://www.cracked.com/blog/5-youtube-music-videos-that-suck-fun-out-sex/
  2. Not me. I'd be busy playing everything else while all of the S00PER SNIPEZ kids are occupied.
  3. Looks like the cause of death was a mixture of alcohol and (prescription) drugs. http://www.tmz.com/ Linking to that site made me feel dirty...
  4. I hate it when people put clothes on dogs. It isn't cute at all and in some cases could be classified as torture. Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NM3bsp-L-Lg It can't even walk properly
  5. Well of course the more time you spend with someone the more often you'll notice little things about them that annoy you. Depending on what the problem is, compromising isn't a loss of freedom. If anything a person should be happy to make some changes for the person they love because it lets them know they're being a better partner for it. But still, that compromise should never be one sided and the changes shouldn't have to be anything drastic. Compromising sex is usually what marks the beginning of the end. And considering as women get older, they become less physically attractive and their sex drive diminishes, that doesn't look too good for their partners. Are you assuming that your sex drive and attractiveness are going to stay the same?

  7. Might as well try to get up to 300 posts in this thread
  8. First it was said that her bodyguard found her passed out, then that someone found her in the bathroom, now that she drowned in the tub? Inconsistencies >_<' Her bodyguard could have easily found her passed out after drowning in her bathtub. Unless of course she was forcibly drowned, in which case her bodyguard sucks hard.
  9. ABORT ABORT! Been there, done that. You've accidentally hit on underage girls Randox?

God damn being privileged and financially well off sucks. Every scholarship organization wants me to explain hardships I've had in my life or demonstrate financial need. We may not be struggling to put food on the table every night but it's not like we can just drop $80,000 "just cause". Paying for college is hard for everyone, not just the bottom of the 99%...
  11. You know who's music I hate? Drake. He doesn't even sound like he's singing, just talking with a beat in the background.

Orange juice is cool, but I prefer cranberry juice and grape juice.

When I lived in Missouri I would go to a card shop and play Magic on Friday nights. We also had a movie theater, a local pie shop and a decent gym with an indoor pool to hang out at. Our mall was Wal-Mart.
  14. Now you're in the good part of the book.

It's a common theme, especially in band at uni. The band this year made shirts for sections. The front was done by our drum major using stencils. It says low brass and has a bass clef on it, I painted it red a black. On the back I hand painted, "Kicking brass since 2000" which is the year I started middle school band. It looks really sketchy and I rarely wear it, so I'm not going to post a picture of it  Ah good times <3: You are an idea thief! Last year my section (saxophones!) made shirts so that when the entire section lined up we spelled "SAXOPHONES KICK BRASS!"

The heck? The clarinet section in my band totally made an "Eat, Sleep, Clarinet" section shirt last year.

Like you won as in like anyone attending could apply, or you won as in you obtained it through the uni? The requirements were: Be an incoming freshman Rank in the top 15% of graduating class, or Score an 1100 or higher on the SAT (without writing), or Score a 24 or higher on the ACT If awarded, must maintain a 3.0 GPA to receive annual renewal Not exactly hard, but they were only giving out 150 of the scholarships.

I won an $8,000 scholarship from the school I'm going to.
  19. When I ask somebody if they have any extra lead so I can put into my pencil and someone just has to correct me that it's graphite. [bleep] graphite.
  20. I loved the hell out of Battle Royale, the novel and the manga. Do you know where I could get hold of the manga? (i.e. is a pirated version floating around the internet?) You can read it at MangaFox
  21. The Borrowers Arrietty/The Secret World of Arrietty. It was a good movie, but I could tell from the trailer that Disney has localized it to hell. Spirited Away continues to be my favorite Studio Ghibli film.

I applied to a couple of jobs today. I feel really confident that somebody will hire me this time because every manager I went to actually had a conversation with me rather than taking the application and giving me a "kthxbai". The manager at IHOP even gave me a quick interview so I'm happy.
  24. They took out Taki? What the hell man?
  25. I'm riding in my dad's car right now and the screen that monitors the fuel economy is fluctuating between 15 and 99 MPG. It's ridiculous to expect the MPG to be exactly the same at any time. Also, from what I understand, she turned down Honda's offer to give all of the owners $100 to take almost $10,000 for herself.
