Since when is Phanpy a water type? Phanphy was knocked out. Ash's 2 water-types that Brock was reffering to was Totodile and possibly Kingler. He also should have said Electric-type instead of Fire-type. Someone goofed when writing the script. I was pretty much the same as you when I got reguler SF4. I can do fine with everything except Guile's and Vega's Ultra/Special combos. All glory to the greatest Street Fighter in the world: [hide=][/hide] His Ultra II is beastly, but not as beastly as Bison's Ultra II because his can crossup. [hide]AND IT GIVES SURPRISE ABORTIONS! [/hide] Do you know what the little ball at the end of his special is supposd to do? Because it does absolutely nothing as far as I can tell.

It's mostly there so that kids won't live in constant terror. Those kids in the video looked terrified. You can't have the reaction speed the kid on the bike had if a nuke went off unless you were living everyday expecting it to happen.
