Just wondering what bands and groups you miss the most. I mean the ones you really wish could get back together (even if it's impossible). For me its; System of a Down Queen Blink 182 Michael Jackson anyone else?

Same. I actually really enjoyed it. A lot of people don't realise that it was an attempt at making a 80s/90s movie, shot in that style. The stunts were supposed to be unrealistic (like the originals where you could fall out of a plane from thosands of feet and survive simlpy by falling in a rubber dingy lol). It's supposed to be cheesy and I enjoyed it for what it was.

It's just all part of their publicity... don't read into it too much. Man I miss them... I wonder if they'll ever get back together. Serj's new stuff is a bit crap to be honest.

I'll never really understand censorship in any context. I mean, you can say WTF, but not the F word. Everyone know's what WTF actually means, so you're still basically swearing. I always laugh when I read a newspaper that says things like F*** with the stars included. What, are they thinking young people will look at that and guess some other non-offensive word? As if there's any difference between that and actually just printing the word... we all know what it means anyway. Including stars or abbreviating is exactly the same as just saying the offensive word outright anyway.... the meaning isnt' hidden which is why i find censorship completely pointless.

What they should do is simply announce the update in advance. If they gave even 30 minutes warning, that would be a massive help allowing players and clans to briefly postpone parties, monster hunting trips, minigames etc...

False data has been my biggest concern when making the site too, currently I'm handling it by an automated scan that looks for drops that are too far out of line with others submissions, although with such a low number of recorded drops so far it's still not great. If I do find someone has recorded false data I can easily remove everything they submitted. A minimum number of kills is an interesting idea, although right now it would eliminate most users so far. The way I've structured the database wouldn't make it that easy to implement without a bit of work, but I'll add it to my list of ideas. Nice work. Well I've added it to my bookmarks and will contribue whenever I can. Good job :)

I do a LOT of reading. I generally get through at least two books per month (thanks to long commutes to work each day). So I can't possibly pick an overall favourite novel. My favourite genre is science fiction though, which accounts for the vast majority of books that I read. My favourite books and authors in no particular order; Honor Harrington series (hence my character name) - written by David Weber Starfire series - written by David Weber Destiny's Children series - written by Steven Baxtor Nights Dawn trilogy - written by Peter F Hamilton March To series - written by David Weber Sten series - written by Chris Bunch and Allan Cole Mars series - written by Kim Stanley Robinson Xeelee sequence - written by Steven Baxtor World War series - written by Harry Turtledove (the first four, the rest were crap) There's loads more, but those are the ones that jump to mind.

I put 20 quid on Holland to win it, back before the competition started... glad I did that now. I got 12/1 odds at the time, now they're about 5/1 lol. I'm still gutted that there's no British teams to support though, so it's a bid hard to really get into and enjoy the competition this time around.

I remember when I used to be shocked by stories like these... now I don't even batter an eyelid. I'm so numbed by the crap that happens in the world today, that I simply don't really care any more. The parents should have the book thrown at them though, for what it's worth.

I don't see the problem as long as it's managed properly and no species are endangered as a result. If we say no to fur, then where do we draw the line? No leather, since that's animal skin? No meat since that's also killing animals? How about no cotton since that's hurting poor little crops? Or how about no trainers or plasitcs since that's taking advantage of long since dead biomass? People take things too far at times and killing animals for fur is no worse than killing them for leather and food etc... Again, so long as it's done in a manner that negates suffering for the animal in question, and doesn't threaten the existance of a species, then I'm all for fur and whatever else we take from nature.

Ever get tired of seeing these subjects posted all over the place by players who've been away from RS for a while? Well having just come back from a 6 month absence myself, I can see why they would ask. Runescape is updated so often that it's hard to keep up. Of course, some updates are better than others, which brings me to my suggestion... Update Rating System: * Would work almost the same way as YouTube video ratings. * Each game update will have a star rating based on player votes * Poor ** Fair *** Good **** Very Good ***** Awsome! * Votes cannot be made until after a week (to reduce people who haven't tried it, or are just bitter about something) * A new header would be added to the Updates page allowing users to list the updates according to Star Ratings All Categories - Game Updates - Website - Shop Customer Support - Technical - Behind the Scenes - STAR RATINGS This would be valuable for Jagex too as they can view at a glance which updates have been the most popular. p.s. I tried posting this on the RSOF, but like most suggestions, it lasted about 20 seconds before being dropped to another page lol. Such a pointless forum lol

OMg, I'm so out of touch after just a few months away. I briefly read over the new graphic changes, but I didn't notice anything about going full screen. Is this a geunine part of the forthcoming graphic updates, or just wishful thinking? I mean, is there actual proof? Cheers

I have a question about this new slaying system (just back from a 6 month break). If you take a break from slaying to do other stuff, will you have to do the five tasks again to start gaining points again? Or does going to the Burnthorpe master, the only thing that can break your point building? Cheers

I love the new helmet concept... a 15% bonus on tasks where you normally can't wear the slaying mask? Awesome really. It's definately found a place on my "To Do" list.

Which is why you submit your drops as you go along, so that it does have content in the future. Just ignoring it and not adding content is not the point of the site, it's an interactive website. All of those mith dragon drops (Other than maybe a few wealth kills maybe) were added by me, wasn't any trouble for me at all. I'm not having a go... I like it, I'm just saying it needs a lot of work. My concern is people deliberately submitting false data, you have to rely on everyone being honest (not a trait that Runescape players are famous for lol). I think there should be a minimum number of kills to be submitted, say 50, which should cover most slaying tasks?

I'm glad they're back. Fortunately for me, they happened to be down the entire time I was taking an extended break from RS, so I didn't notice lol. Although it's great to have them back, there's some serious work needed on the appearance. I loved the old TipIt style. The contrast made it easy to read and navigate.

I'm just back from a 5-6 month break and I'm finding that randoms seem less common than before I left. It's maybe just coz all I've done since coming back is fishing, so I don't know for sure.... but the types of randoms I'm getting seem about the same. No change so far as I can see.

I like the idea of that particular site, but it has virtually no content just now. Much of the data is based on just a few kills of each type of monster. You need at least a few hundred kills to gain an accurate drop rate of the common and semi-common drops.. several thousand kills for the rarer stuff.
