Runescape becoming too complicated for new players?
I agree that the game is complex. There's thousands of items, a huge world area, lots of quests and indepth skills. Despite this, there's lots of support for new players such as Tutorial Island, plus sites light this one and the KB on the main site :) Yes, it's complex... but new players can handle it with all this support.

Another news thread: Train (lightly) damaged by snowman.
Hope the people that done it are caught and done for attempted murder. That might sound harsh, but that could've been a major disaster. They clearly meant to cause a major accident when they packed it with rocks.

What movie(s) did you last see?
Little Man and White Chicks hold that title for me lol

Making money cooking?
You're better off just fishing the stuff yourself, the selling off the cooked profits :) I reached lvl99 cooking with sharks, but made about a 10% loss for every 1k shark bought/sold

The runescape population
Yer, this doesn't tell me much. I'd like to see today's figures compared to figures from a few weeks before the anti-RWT measures were announced.

Homosexuality - Gay Bashing?
I've nothing against gay people personally. Having said this, I'm a little uncomfortable around men who are outwardly gay. I mean guys who talk with the uber camp voice, dress feminine etc... yeah we get it, you're gay. Great ... i'll go get you a medal. ;)

ULTIMATE Monster hunting guide - Mithril dragons âš©
Excellent guide. I would love to see a video posted for each combat type though. 9/10

:: Pyramid Plunder Guide - Fastest Experience ::
I've stopped trying for the specter now since it's value is dropped so low. It's so rare that the time taken to check each chest is no longer worthwhile. So I've completely stopped checking those now and find that i'm gaining exp a little faster as a consequence :)

Slayer Guide - Advice, methods, techniques and more!
Not a bad guide, but it's still got a long way to go in regards to Axe Man Jack's ultimate slaying guide. http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=412 ... ght=beasts

A Fishing Revolution
It's great to see an original attempt at skill training. I like your guide, but personally I wouldn't use it. Simply because I prefer to "Click and forget" when fishing. Reloading and walking around so much would annoy me lol 9/10 for the guide though.

Microsoft sued over Xbox Live outage
I think the whole suing thing should be assessed. I was under the impression you could only really sue if you were personally injured, or suffer financial problems due to someone else's fault... seems you can sue for just about anything these days.

Best place to mine for exp & bank?
Hmm, You think i will run out of energy running all the time? Maybe i should use energy pots.. :-k At about agility lvl 50 I used to run there and walk back... was just right for that (dont' run back since you weigh much more with all of that ore.... that's just not efficient)

Warner Bro's becoming Blu-Ray exclusive
Universal and Paramount are still exclusive to HD-DVD, so perhaps all is not lost. Indy500fan posted this useful link yesterday... http://www.macrumors.com/2008/01/04/hd- ... o-blu-ray/

Best place to mine for exp & bank?
Once you hit about lvl 50, you can one hit iron ore. The best spot is the mining field North East of Yanille (see map). There's three rocks right next to each other that are perfect for quick mining. There's also four rocks just north of there if those three are busy If you work hard, you can manage about 700 ores per hour.

January 2007 + 2008 200mil exp list- Interesting
I'm not surprised at the number of maxed out cooks. It's such a ridiculously easy skill to level and at minimal cost. I really don't see the point in maxing out a skill though... Jagex have said time and time again, that they've no intention of increasing the skill level cap. Although lvl 126 cooking would own lol.

Has Jagex Forced Prices up of Items that were Undervalued?
I agree that prices for many items are incorrect and require adjustment. Personally, I have 12k gold bars sitting on the exchange which won't sell. I understand there's a similar problem with yew longs due to their price being too high. I thought Jagex had a small team who were supposed to focus on and maintain the GE? They aren't doing their job properly it seems.

Mith dragon rare drop rates
I haven't seen any reliable stats' on their drops rates anywhere. I personally have killed over 200 of them without receiving either a visage or helm. Yet, I know of people who claim to have earned one on their first kill. I guess there just aren't enough hunters tracking their kills to know exact rates. It's just down to luck atm.... or lack thereof in my case lol.

65-67 agility
At your level I used the Wildy course.... dunno what it's like now with those new Reverands. You'll probably be safer from PKers, but dunno about those new monsters.

Sign up for the Playstation Network - they sent me Casino Royale (Bluray) for free a few weeks after I did it. Sweet, I'll be looking into that one

Blu-ray or HD-DVD?
Still is kind of up in the air, but Blu-ray looks like it has a better chance. Here is a link to a pie graph with each studio, how big of market share they have, and what format they chose. Great pie chart. It certainly makes the battle more interesting. I wonder how Universal and Paramount will react to Warner jumping formats. The future of the HD-DVD format would definately be in doubt if either of those two leave it, whereas Blu-ray could probably handle losing one or more.
