Like anything you need practise, you don't become a sports star instantly it takes practise and training. I like to see it as when you start out with no experience [ie 0xp] you don't know anything about magic, when you do your first few skills you learn a few things, allowing you to do something more complicated. This works for practically all other stats. This also explains why theres such an exp gap between lvls, esp high lvls. It perhaps is because you've learned almost everything, and takes you a long time to finally learn a new technique, spell, item etc [ie a new level]

Althought a few noobs i get annoyed with, i also get annoyed with high lvl players such as myself, it really depends on the player themselves, not the combat label they possess. And also people left England for a better life, indeed they did not think of England only, and it wasn't only the youth traveling to America, however having said that i understand the point you were trying to make.

Not sure if this has been said but.... Barrows gloves protect over ah skirt and karils items [probably more...] That if you give Dr Hyde a lant he gives you a 4 dose super defense potion.

Sadly this doesn't seem to be such an uncommon experience anymore. I myself have suffered from this "glitch" when i died in edge and looked at prayer and thought sweet.. ended up in faly with nothing. Its also happened to other friends... Hope it gets fixed soon (according to jagex they fixed a prayer glitch.. obvoiusly not.)

I was in the underground pass and i walked on a trap, but i was writing a message to a friend, so i ended up standing on the trap for 3+ seconds. But that was enough to activate the rol.. im not sure why i switched to rol but im glad i did =P

lvl 52 wild, we had both been training agility and we were walking back... He removed me a day later then i saw him again at fire giants. we were like best friends from that point on right up to he quit :(

I used the following lay out and killed about 15... tho i forgot to repot my defence when it ran low, and i used my natural prayer up before leaving.. Veracs skirt gives melee def as well as prayer bonus. I guess this layout isnt very good cause of the small number you kill... but if you don't want to use p pots you could try this layout.. plus you can have noted sharks in your inventory and after a trip you can tele back to house, un-note the sharks using your demon butler, and pray then go back for another trip. With my Stats If you use 20 monkfish and kill 12 thats about 600gp per skelatal wyveren killed. If you use 20 sharks and kill about 15 thats about 1000gp per wyveren killed. If you use 1 dose of p pot per wyveren thats about 2.6k (8k/3doses) per wyveren.

I really didn't like the aritcle.. You seem to think that just because you can do it, you should do it and thats not always the case. Teleporting from fights is just lame... i waste 3 prayer pots, 20 sharks on a person, and they don't have the decency to atleast run. Im perfectly fine with running unless it was a dm in which case its just stupid, since you have make an agreement not to run and you do anyway. And why fight with protection prayers? just makes the whole fight boring because no one can hit anything... Im beginning to think the editor is one of those annoying people i try to advoid in wild, one of those people who cant just have a fair great fight, but has to ruin it by teleports prayers etc.. [My Rambles: just wrote what came to mind] [im talking about the application of "honour-rules" in edge fights where the player has a large chance to just run, as opposed to fights in lvl 20+] [Amen 0ne time] [And one final thing... all the people who seem to be in favour of this article are either pathetic pkers, or people who don't pk at all.....]

World 22 was removed for about a week, but its back now...

Yep, i think they are worth it. Def is slightly less in crush and stab, but its the same in slash. you don't lose it when you die in wild (lvl 1-4) so you save money. First torso took me like 5 days cause i got it when it first came out, my 2nd torso took me about 1 and a half days.

1) Getting pjed just as you are about to do the finishing hit..... (happened to me 3 times....) 2) getting teamed/tagged in lvl 4 wild... (also happened to be a couple times today) 3) getting barraged so you cant pick up penence torso and cape.... (also happened once today) 4) getting owned so much you don't drink p pot and you lose whip.. :wall: 5) You ask someone to fight, they say no, then pot up when they are out of sight and blitz you with dds flying... 6) getting called a safer when you are on 60 hp vs a half hp dher....

Very nice article, i understand the point you are making.... sorta scary to think the game we've played and worked hard on might convert to a totally different thing under new managment.. P.S you who say its just mumbo jumbo, do business ed :P P.P.S Who said you need lvl 4 comerce to understand that?

third, actually...there was the combat potion when hunter came out...this seems to be happening more frequently, because herblore really isn't seeing much things new except for new potions that boost skills...we need another way of raising herb besides just potions imo. Tbh its more like the 5th one. Guthix rest pot. Sara Brew Zammy brew Combat potion Sanfew cure all Oh, and about that super cb pot? its called a zammy brew..

I agree with most points in this article, so good job :P I just have to say that new players only stay new for a short time, but experienced players stay experienced...also most players are experienced so it makes no sence to target the new comers. About the World switchers....although i love being able to go straight to my world without the annoying "detail select" and "pick a world" i can see why Jagex doesn't like Worldswitchers. Although swiftswitch and other popular world switchers have an added featre that disallows you to go straight to world 2 when its full, not all switchers have this. meaning if you are not using a switcher its very very difficult for other players to get in using the conventanal world select page. Thus giving an "unfair" advantage to certain players. ~Rambles~

If you don't like it as a desktop icon you can always open it up, then save the opened file as a bookmark....
