  2. So ya, im a diehard Syracuse fan, just got home and i flipped my imaginary kittty cat over. I really cant believe they didnt make it. They are one of the best teams in the Big East, a very good conference. They've had some very big wins, like Georgetown, and only lost by 6pts to ND in the tourney. They had some bad losses but they sure are better than some of those other teams. Well im off to sulk now.

  4. Why you call it benching? There's more to weightlifting than just benching? Personally, I have an amazing weight room, all to myself. I would estimate....8-9 bikes, 5 ellipticals, 5 treadmills, 7 benches (incline, decline, convertible and regular), a full dumbell set (as in, 2-3 pairs of each weight, save for the like 100+ dumbells that no one uses), full barbell wrack, and pretty well every essential and non-essential machine you would ever need (we'll just say, if you tell me an excercise I can do it). [This is all just to give you an idea, not like I need to ride 7 bikes at a time.Though I am crazy enough to try.] How did I manage this? The two football coaches at my school are workout junkies and advocates for their players to work out. Now, I'm not a football player, but for 25 bucks a semmester I can go in at any time between about 7:30am-4:30pm. I have a spare first period, and unlike most people who just take an extra hour of sleep, I go in and work out 3-4 days a week. It's absolutely about the sickest thing that's ever happened. I only weigh 125 pounds (I'm pretty strong for my size, I'm just extremely lean). I can't really do max bench type of stuff, because without a spotter, I would DIE. :ohnoes: And there is charts where you do 5 of a certain weight and it shows you, but I don't want to do that either because it, too, can be risky. So until I get a spotter, I can't check, but if I were to guess...Probably 115-120% of my bodyweight maybe? That's actually not that much when you actually think about it (143-150), but compared to my bodyweight I wouldn't say that's too bad. Also, my chest isn't very big :(. My arms are not too bad size-wise though. Lucky bum, i would probably accidentally run over a cat and use it to make Jello to get that. I lift with 20+ people in our school weight room, since theres not much equipment it takes a LONG time to get a good 5+ machine workout in.

  9. I have a blank CD my friend gave me. (HE copied me a sound i needed for a project.) So now im done it and i wanna put some music on the CD. Whenever i try to use it i keep getting told its a read-only file. How can i fix this.
  10. Ok so ive got an old tv, its a nice size but i get audio mudulation (when you hear a buzzing noise when white on the tv cannot be tottally used by your tv) How can i fix this without paying for it? Thanks
  11. +1 Haha just kidding, anyway this annoys me a bunch. Looking down a page of reply's of +1,+1 ect.... I think if you do it they should censor numbers you type for 1 week, 2 weeks for second offense, 5 weeks 3rd, 10weeks 4th, permanent after that.

  17. if u lift 4 times a week, then WHY IN THE HELL does ur workout suck so much? if u really have 4 days to lift, then u should definitely divide ur program, for example back and bi's on 1 day, chest and tri's on another and so on.. or do u even train ur back? cant see it from ur program now.. :x Keep running your mouth cause you obviously DONT know what your talking about. I donno who i should trust, some kid on a forum or the owner of the gym that won the most weightlifting award in the state. I think im going to stick with the gyms Intermediate schedule and not your "workout". And yes i do train my back, if i wasn't lazy enough id post my schedule and you'd see. Kthxbye
  18. I lift every day but Wednesday and weekends -2 Day Splilt - LEgs and Shoulders/ Chest and Arms -10 exercises a day -3-4 set of 12,8,6,5 (Pending) -10mins of Cardio a Day -20 mins on Wednesday -Dancing at dances (i do alot! and its hot so it kinda= exercise)

Spoiler Warning!(Book 6): I think that Dumbledore isnt really dead but its a trick by him and Snape to weed out all the bad eggs at Hogwarts so that in the final book they could use Hogwarts as a secret base while still maintaining it as a school. In the end Voldemort will not die but become badly hurt then have his soul eaten by a Dementor! /Spoilers

Play KH1 if you wanna know what the kings message said. anyway I'd have to say it's a tie between KH2, chrono trigger, ffx-2, the legend of zelda:ocarena of time (i can't spell but you all know what i mean), and kingdom hearts:chain of memories. I wont give the ending away because i hate spoilers. why would the message be the same? The king doesn't give them a second message in kh2. So where would they get the second one? the message in a bottle. if you payed attention its about the only way to reach someone in another world (take kairi's latter for example, ever wonder why its reached sora in the door of light?) What do you mean? That message was the one kairi threw in the ocean the day after she talked to roxas. i know and it still reached riku and sora in another world. then at the end kairi came running towards riku and sora with a note from mickey (his message in a bottle) She did? hmm. I'll have to beat it again and see. I agree on KH2 but (SPOILERS:) Why are the nobodies still around after you beat Xemnas the final time, and wtf is with that secrent ending?
