It all depends on you. I use 1, but I've tried two before(One in the first spot and one in the last spot) but your best bet is to just try out different options until you find something you like.

Congrats on your awesome level and 1.1k total :D They are some pretty cool achievements, plus you can mine rune now! By the way, how is rune mining now? Do you get attacked by revenants a lot?

I think that the high scores keep track of who has the most exp(after the 200mil) It doesn't show it, but it's probably still tracked, so if you keep cooking after, then you'll get more exp and a higher spot.

You can use a whip for att and def(right?) So my advise would be to just train in the best place for att exp. You should get about the same exp ratio then for att, and you seem to have a lot of att exp, so pick your favorite training spot. Edit: Maybe bandits?

I don't think that Jagex would have missed something so simple, but it is possible. Try it out and see!

If you walk around in f2p lumby, you're asking for beggars =/ Anyways, when you look at it in a different way, then both free and paying players are just as greedy. If you were to ask anyone(f2p or member) if they wanted free money they would both say yes. Everyone wants free money, it's just that generally low level free players are more willing to beg for it.

It happens, they will come back sooner or later.

I got used to it, many people have too. It's a change, it's different, it's not an easy update for you to get over, but guess what? It's staying like this and you can't do anything to change it back, so get used to it.

Awesome, 20mil def exp is pretty awesome!! How much exp will you have once you get 99 hp?
