Okay... I have determined (due to lack or response) that RC Pkers do what they do for sport. Correct me now if I'm wrong. PK me for sport, torture me for hours while I try to get my pouches back, laugh in my face while I fall to the ground. I have no problem with PKing. Ever heard of something called honor among thieves? EDIT: The point of this post is to draw different opinions. However, what's NOT welcome is you laughing in my face, or in any way transitively.

Rofl. Ok, this will make me unpopular, but WTH. Yes, I've RC Pked quite a few times for glories. As matter of fact, I know one friend of mine who has over 300 glories and 20+mill from RC pking alone. The challenge is, depending on the level difference, you have a slim opportunity to snare, tb, then kill said RC'r, all the while avoiding the skellies, and at times, competing for the kills. Personally, if the said PK'd isn't being a jerk, I'll message them back to come get their pouches, and stand on the spot for em. But I'm nice like that. As for being able to PK elsewhere..I really don't see how one has much to do with the other. If I'm not RC pking, I'm at mage bank. If you don't like the PK'ers there, no one is forcing you into the wild. Every altar has a non-Wildy entrance (except chaos, yes I know) that you are perfectly free to use without fear of being PK'd. With greater risk comes a greater reward. If you use the abyss to make your runes faster, well, you have to accept a greater risk to go along with that benefit. It's a check and balance that Jagex put in. Don't blame me for taking advantage of it. You laugh because it's funny for you to Pk RCers, eh? Hate to ruin your moment, but please, laugh outside and AWAY from my thread. But on the bright side, you can eat some flowers, and punt a dog while you're out there. And Bubsa, I know I am going into the wilderness, and don't expect a COMPLETELY safe trip, but please read every section of my first post (the entire thread, more accurately) to gain a better understanding of the point I'm trying to convey, here. But a final question for you, do YOU RC Pk?

Hahaha! That one really made me laugh! :D I bet there'd be a fair number of glories... I would attend, take the glories, and redistribute them to all the RCers (like the easter bunny?).

Literally, within the past 5 minutes I found 1246 pure ess, 28k, and a glory amulet in the abyss. The 91 came rushing back, and I gave him ALL of his stuff. 5 minutes later (again) I found 16k pure ess ... Talk about karma!

I can't believe it... But at 113 Combat- I'm bringing an Ectofial whilst I RC.

NOTE- I just found (in the abyss) 1246 noted pure essence, 28k cash, and a glory. The 92 came back, and I promptly returned all of his stuff. Just as earlier, I awarded a kind level 82 a glory for bringing me teleport runes at the nature altar. (Note- Karma ahead). I needed about 5k more pure ess to reach my goal for nature runes. I just found 16k pure ess sitting in the wild. I didn't bother sticking around for whomever lost them to return. :D

I've been RC'ing quite a bit recently, and for the most part, it's going great. In fact, I just got to the bench-mark of 10,000 nats. HOWEVER, whilst RC'ing these nature runes, I was pk-ed twice. I don't care about the glory- but the pouches are a PAIN. By nature, I am not a vengeful person, hell- even these kids deserve a little respect. So I have made this thread to help everyone better understand the inner-workings of RC pkers. Who? RC Pkers are all around us. Could be a distant friend, a good friend, or someone you met once. Hell, I'd go as far to say as a decent percent of people here have RC pked. My point being, it's not just the "pathetic people", or the "noobs". I have heard a few players I consider to be very smart to have called these people profit pkers. What? RC Pking is the process of... Well- PK'ing rcers! In case you don't understand how this works, look under the RC'ing guide to the abyss... rcers must travel through the wilderness. In this time, the RC pkers generally freeze/entangle the rcer and dds special (it's generally over by the last special). Where? The Abyss! Duh... (more information under the guide). Why? The only section you need to read. Very disturbingly, I found the answer when I went back to "speak" with my rc pker. When asked, why... He simply responded,"because it's fun". Now here's your chance to tell me I'm in the wrong. I ranted for about 10 minutes beginning with "It's FUN?!" And ended with something like "Now you go think about this." In my opinion, the RC pkers are SCUM. Scum scum scum scum, filthy dirty scum. But hey, that's just me. On another note, I was helped out by a level-82 earlier, and rewarded him with a glory. I have no problem handing a few out, in fact I'm a little over 2-loads in recharging them. But the pouches! What a pain! How? Well, RC Pkers are DEFENSELESS. So we strap D'hide (sometimes), so what? We don't have weapons, we don't have food, and if we do, we're not looking for a fight. This brings up another question, are they real pkers? Could they hold their own against other pkers? Another question, do you go back to revenge yourself? If so, what do you do? What do THEY do? (Forgot to add this section, but it's not important!) So what do YOU think? RC Pker- Scum or Joe? PS-(Thanks for reading my unnecessarily long thread about a subject that frankly, could be covered with the last sentence... But humor me). PSS-(Upon looking back, this isn't that long. So ha! I am NOT long winded.)

Technically, there is no "soloing" Rex, as you need at LEAST one other person to get you past the gates. Sitting there by yourself as you mage Rex is no accomplishment- but I'd say getting rid of supreme and prime is noteworthy.

These guides are very different, don't compare me to him , you know nothing of making guides. i'm not here to flame, so don't flame me. Without a doubt. :roll: Either way, it's a decent guide. However, there are just so many Tzharr / DK / Barrows guides out there. Adding a fairly average guide to any of the following categories is simply insignificant. But it's nice to see you're writing guides... Next time choose a more original topic, though.

My source is someone that has the ability to look at IP addresses of people I report. That doesn't matter. I don't necessarily believe information from disreputable (in this case, semi-unknown) sources, and I don't expect you to justify your sources. And about the Chinese workers, I'm not usually empathetic on these issues. I don't care if they've no other means of making money. Think about it, Does a homeless-man have the right to rob your house, because he's less wealthy than you?

A short while ago, I was lucky enough to have a corpse fall dead in front of me. With final words of, "get my stuff!", he left a Dragon Chain, Guthan's spear, and other combat goodies. Lucky for him, it was my friend. :D

When I started, I wanted an original, fun kinda name. First name I punched in was Cdub_Foo... and well- here I am! All in all I'm just happy I made a name without numbers. (I have seen a few Bdubs... But I don't mine, it's kinda funny. Also, I bought a few crushed nests from a guy named "Tactical Foo")

Very well writen... However- The method with gold bars, I don't believe the Dwarf will bank those for you. So it would be MUCH quicker to mine the ore, then smelt it later in Port Ph. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure he'll only bank ores. And in this situation, a Ring of Charos (U) is helpful (so he takes less ores from you).

Keep at the kings, and you'll get your start-up cash. Or make some money alternatively. If you'd like, you can grow some toadflax, do Giant Mole for birds' nests, and I will make you sara brews. My private's usually on "on" anyway. Good-luck till then!

I had this exact same problem. Take a sara brew for extra defence, then move until only 1 healer is attacking you. Then, flip on steel skin. I did this with karil's and was fine on my final try.

Yes you Should of, lol... Yeah, thats the key. Its not luck, folks. Its how long you stay there. If you can bring the right stuff, and stay for an hour or more, you're gonna get drops, thats just a given. I've gone a couple times with teams wearing rune and bringing sharks, they run out of food in 20 minutes. You can't expect to get anything good, can you? We bring guthans to heal, a few spots for sara brew and tons of pray pots. We can stay for 90 minutes. I can't guess how many kills that is. Its alot. I have to leave bones. (No way risking a Leo event there by burying them) Everyone who says I'm lucky.... maybe a little. But mostly its just because we bring the equipment that lets us stay forever. lol Although, Oddfaery thinks I'm "mudstaff lucky". Mr Prime does treat me well. :) But its mainly because I stay long enough to keep harrassing him. YUP...You are the mudstaff man, jeez, every time i've went with you. Mudstaff, Mudstaff, Mudstaff, Mudstaff, Mudstaff, you get the picture... Then again, I'm the Berserker Magnent :P Rex seems to love me.
