My last Spiritual Warriors Task I got... 4 Rune Kiteshields 5 Clue Scrolls (7 Rune Platebodies, bunch of Rune axes, 3 Rune Platelegs, Black D'hide junk, and some other junk) Over 180k in High Alchs And a ton of Defence/Hp/& Slayer Exp. My advice: DO THIS TASK! it's also always very boring because the place is faaaaaaaaaaaaaaar away

do 1 and 2 and 3. leave 4 later :P first do something that can yield you money, put them in ge and do questing/ skilling

I highly suggest iron dragons, they drop things like clue scrolls (possiblity of 3rd age), d skirts (not sure on price), dmeds (250k), dlegs (1.3m), draconic visages (25m) :) They also give ownage exp fire striking, all you need is decent mage bonus gear, anti fire shield and loads of anti fire pots (3kea). 1 trip will last for a long time. You don't even need prayer! There is a good guide somewhere in the Archive Of Wisdom (AoW) about how to kill them, make sure you read it and there is also one on the main tip.it page.
