I usually get profit of at the least 15k+ each trip by runes/etc, and I use around 2 - 3 pots, and 60 - 70 deaths.

Even if you're not going to do DT, get at leasst 34 pray, the superhuman str and incredible reflex adds up for the extra cb lvls you got from prayer.
