  1. theres a box under my xmas tree that looks remarkebly wii-ish so if it turns out to be that.... hellll no far to busy battering my brother at any game we choose
  2. heyyyy i defended taxation  I still think its a good article, well written etc and even though not directly about the game still interesting - there is a world outside of RS after all. P.S. To all the people saying it doesn't matter that Jagex is UK based, it does; the UK goverment would never allow the US to tax british industry for its own gain - that is the UK goverments job after all
  3. A good read :D i do like my Editor editorials Economics and money is for me an interesting part of RS; the fact that the real life economies are taking an interest just goes to show how much gaming, especially online has grown in the recent years. I'm not sure i agree with the "highway robbery" view of taxation, it being a necessary part of a healthy country, but if mishandled then yes i suppose it is. In the case of this Second Life game, where it is possible to earn items that can be traded legally for cash, i personally would expect it to be lumped in with windfall taxes similar to those who win masses on lotteries, horse racing, poker etc as they are all the same; playing a game of luck/skill for capital gain and should be thusly taxed. I apologise for my kinda capitalist views, but im going to do a law degree - moneys important  P.S. the British IRS is correctly known as H.M (her majesty's) Customs and Revenue
  4. contradiction much? Also permanent bans must be kept i.e. - jimmy macros, gettin insane amounts of coal, jimmy is perm banned problem ends. If Jimmy macros, gains insane amounts of coal/yew whatever and is NOT perm banned then jimmy will eventually gain the benefit of his macroing, albeit after a few days ban. Do you see my point? In relation to your actual question Jagex will take a while to respond thats a fact, just wait patiently is all i can suggest. P.S Rules are Rules and are NOT meant to be broken but its a game, is not a good point, football is just a game but when was the last time you saw David Beckham judo chop an opposition player and say "i know its against the rules but its just a game"? Rrules are needed to maintain a structure to the game - without them there would be no game - rules indeed are the game, to attain as much success whilst a staying within the rules.
  5. ^ secondary tip for the rouges den idea for the fastest results and free xp, wear nothing, theive until low xp then bank and withdraw a games necklace, theive until death then tele right back and start over - losing nothing and using no food as your hp will be full again
  6. i know it doesnt really fit in your idea but why not just put the extra 5 on flax and sell it? easy, no work profit and theres a huge market for it
  7. if its a solo card it will, mine does, if it doesnt then ive bin scamming jagex for years
  8. for a different world, just change the number, works for me =) as for getting banned, pm jagex only they know
  9. finally somebody else who uses sod off as an insult i do love that phrase for me, Good mood = let them tag along if they just want a taxi or ignore if begging Bad mood = launch into full blown argument of why they are an awful person WHILST not using any bad language that can get me muted/banned
  10. alas no this won't do anything for inflation - jagex previous methods such as construction actually takes moeny from the game (via the sawmill guy and the estate agents, presumably the richest guys in RS) - this just moves it about from player to player On topic - let it calm down pricewise, then we will see if people prefer them to barrows/dragon due to higher availability/repair
  11. ooooo new sheep and spiders look cool, and the watchtower rocks as well, apologies for the poor cropping its done in a rush

  18. there used to be an equation to work out whether you were "too combaty" or "too skilly" if you wanted a truly equal character, darned if i can remember it though. total level never really concerned me to be honest, or combat i just play for fun but i guess around 1800 is truly respectable
  19. to make it fast yes, you could feasibly duel ring to cwars then fallador teleport butttt as you are an ancient do you not have an edgeville teleport? that is just as usefull apologies if you dont, im not an ancients man myself pm me on rs if you want more help =)
  20. take some geepees btw, about 100 is plenty
  21. the day i run up to the abyss with an ancient i dont know is the day that andrew gower runs naked through the streets of london but its a fast way of rcing, you glory to edgeville bank, grab a load full of ess (and pouches if so) and run up to it, teleport in (avoid the scum on the way) find a way to the centre (various methods in a big circle) choose the rift for the runes you want and craft. then glory back to edge and repeat. hope that helped :)
  22. darn you! now ive noticed it i cant stop staring!!! my eyes my beautifal eyes lol on a side note, id move it to under combat level to be honest, to have them both close for quick glances
