  1. Or just use a glory to bank and slayer ring to get to the fairy ring.
  2. Well technically, yes, we DO have an IRC channel I believe, but literally no one uses it. I've been with DGS since more or less the beginning and I've never seen a single floor done on IRC.
  3. [hide] I ain't picking up [cabbage].[/hide] On the topic of birds, you could knock out some birds with a drug or something then put them in lockers or rooms while they're asleep. Then they wake up and you enjoy the lulz.
  4. That's really misleading. Not gonna lie, yes it is. But it really puts a stake in the fact that he needs to urn. As for misleading, a quote, "There are three types of lies in this world. Lies. [blocks water] lies, and statistics." @bunyip, explain that a little bit more please? I want to know what exactly what you're saying. He's saying that since you give up the ability to sell the ashes, you also "lose" money that you could have gotten. EDIT: In a nutshell, at least. There's quite a bit more to it.

True, but i dislike the one that is used. So i rant about it. Why do people not understand the point of the rant section? http://forum.tip.it/topic/221628-rants-forum-rules-and-posting-guidelines/ It annoys me, so i rant about it. Yup. And I think personal preference of syntax hardly constitutes a valid reason. Valid argument provided. But wats a synonym. Not personal preference, to say you 'sip' a potion is incorrect. There is no 'sip' option. Synonym or not, it is technically incorrect to use the word 'sip' in the context of using the 'drink' option in Runescape. Yes, i do personally prefer 'drink' to 'sip', but that is not the valid argument i provided for this rant. Then you'd better go out and edit away every instance you said to "kill" a monster or player. You can't "kill" a monster, you can only "attack" it.

  8. I just had the strangest thoughts go through my mind.
  9. Heatran never really posed a threat to my Moths. It's not like Fire Blast does much since you can pretty easily stall with Butteryfly Dance/Leftovers until you are reasonably confident that Bug Buzz will do lots of damage.
  10. A better way to diagnose IVs without wasting a ton of time with rare candies is to simply enter a subway match with the pokemon, and it'll have its stats calculated as if it were level 50. This'll give you a range of 2-3 IVs when you throw it into a calculator.
  11. Once an adventurer tried to make Thok teach him Dungeoneering. Now he's a mysterious shade.
  12. Well if there's a level 296 fire giant, not everyone is maging it. And optimally you would have ragers for every boss, but sometimes it doesn't work out like that and it might just take too much time to ht and make them then distribute them amongst the team.
  13. someone was looking at me do thok it to em. that was the first thing they said. thok fact. getting shot out of cannons is thoks favourite mode of transport. thok fact. thok can turn coal in to diamonds just by squeezing it in his hands. thok fact. when jagex needs to move something big (like how the entire wilderness was moved about 07) they just get thok to pick it up and move it. Jagex once told Thok that his skill was equal to all the other skills. Dungeoneering now goes up to level 120.
  14. What do you guys think about binding Soul Runes > Law Runes/Blood Runes? Vulnerability is an insanely useful spell. It's not quite as powerful as bloodragers, but it boasts several advantages, including the ability to use them almost the moment the floor starts, the fact that they are much quicker to use than bloodragers, and that they are the only defense drop (outside of leech defense) that you can get on Thunderous. In fact, for an ammo bind, a number of DGS'ers with Soul Runes instead of Laws, Bloods, or CSB's (assuming no CCS) would probably be much appreciated on teams. I'm not quite sure how useful Souls are (especially given the fact that you are guaranteed only to bind a pile of about 30-40, but that should be enough), or whether it actually makes a significant difference, but it seems to me that a 10% defense drop on a few monsters would really be appreciated. EDIT: Not to mention you can also cast 10% attack and strength drops if you're tanking something. Seems like it'd be helpful in Ramokee rooms to ever so slightly make the bloodrager hurt less.
  15. Bonergazer lmfao. Its longbow drop is really exciting.
  16. Hey look guys he's killing a monster in a non-gd let's all flame him.
  17. Wait... WAT??? Wasn't this the guy who hated dg enough to go gwd without a chaotic, and then write a few bibles worth of text about it? WHO IS THIS AND WAT DID YOU DO WITH EZKATON??? BEHOLD THE THE POWER OF DGS!!! THIS IS TRUE POWER!!
  18. In those cases, I would recommend the person level up their Artisan ring in lieu of the Gatherer's Ring.
  19. Remember you don't really need to be accurate. Ideally, you shouldn't be using the tool for every door, just ones you think you'll have trouble with. So just marking the general location of places should be good enough. Then, by using a combination of the tool and your in-game map, you should be able to figure everything out quickly and seamlessly.
  20. Not important. It's pretty much perfect, IMO. Yeah, the key locations are the only thing you really need for mapping, people tend to be able to remember their gated pot doors (and they're easily noticable in chat). The gold shield thing is good. If the key is never actually used it could be subsituted for a home symbol, but that isn't really neccesary if people know gsh=home anyway gos gosh, you're right, mb Icwutudidther
  21. Maybe when it was introduced, the steel plate was worth more than it is now? Idk, but I always go for the lamp.
