Skills capes have become a sort of "standard". Like every standard, it has its flaws, but to be honest I think it works far more often then it fails. How many more times does a high level have a skillcape than a high level not? True, many high levels do not have a skillcape, but you can't blame anyone for assuming that a random high level has one.

It's common courtesy to hop. I always hop unless the spot can support 1 more person. However, that doesn't mean everyone HAS to.

If you are going to hunt for hides, you are better off just mining granite for Granite Lobsters, then use the time you save to get more charms/2nds that can easily make up for the "lost" xp.

Over 140k, depending on if you finish off the monkeys with a whip and the type of combat familiar. But that's on skeleton monkeys (in the dungeon, the ones people normally chin). The ones in the temple are far lower.

Barrows really isn't necessary for most tasks. In fact, I get along just fine with a Torso and V skirt. You could probably make Torso and Bandos Tassets work, so you save money from having to buy the BCP, but only if you got the torso already. Other than the armor already mentioned on this thread, you want: -Zammy Spear, a huge amount of tasks benefit from it's crush/stab typing -Cannon and Cannonballs -If you don't mind losing the Trollheim patch for farming, be on lunars for NPC contact (although there is an alternative back door entrance into Trollheim, but ads 1-2 minutes to your herb runs) -Super Sets -Bunyips, Ele Titans, Ele Titan Scrolls -Enhanced Excalibur -Mind Shield for Wyverns. DFS isn't worth buying since it's really only better there and Miths

Spirit Kyatt @ Piscatoris is best. If you cannot use a Kyatt, use your best BoB and run to and from Piscatoris bank to the obelisk. If you cannot use Piscatoris, you can use balloons to Taverly (personally how I got my first few levels), or Fairy Rings.

In case you forget, 7 xp PER ADDY BOLT (not set), so 8m xp = 1.14M bolts.

As long as you are IN COMBAT (and outside your house, apparently), your armor will degrade. This means if you aren't attacking anything, it will degrade. Likewise, if what you are attacking isn't retaliating (because you are in a safespot or outside its range), it will degrade.

That list they provided did not list everything, while did they list all the cases where it didn't apply. Tar doesn't have any current xp multiplier, and doesn't give xp from lamps, quests, or minigames, so therefore it must work.

On the Talon Beasts, I suppose it's possible, but it's far from reasonable.

Have a few limits, such as you can't use the option twice in a row, and I see nothing wrong with it. Completely reasonable.

I don't know, it would make life much harder for penguin trappers. I'd personally rather manually open a few doors then have to search around for a Witchaven, Feldip Hills, or Castle Wars Penguin, which almost always seem to be trapped in Ardy Church or Yanille Wall.

That also would not work because it means that the items would have disappeared from the game. And with loans being so easy to obtain, many items will drastically increase in price and likely never fall anywhere near where they where before.

Making the money usable at shops doesn't stop inflation, because those items you buy can almost always be sold to the GE. It also fails to address the problem I mentioned earlier. Technically, you are still spending currency in the GE, just in a different form.

Whip on controlled. That's the best way. When you 99 one stat, then work on the other 2. You'll get plenty of ranged xp from your cannon and Nech (if you chin) and Black Demon (you range + cannon) tasks.

That's simply unfair, though. It's too restrictive. What if the players honestly can't pay back the loan (they died with what they bought or whatever). Is it really fair to restrict his or her ability to pay back the loan? If I took out a 70m loan for an SGS, but then died with it. How can you expect me to raise 70m when my HP is below 10 at all times, when I can't run, and can't wield anything?

You CAN rely on the waterskin drops. Sometimes, yes, you will get hit by heat, but it's nothing your bunyip and EE can't fix, not to mention the wyrms drop food...

I get the same exact problems, except on different worlds. For example, w143 doesn't work (connection times out) while w99 works for me.

Depends on your level.

Since it's so close to a bank in the CTS, a familiar for healing is superior over Bones to Peaches or food. Bunyip eliminates need for any food or alternate healing. An elemental titan allows you to get better-than-bunyip healing in terms of potential hp/hr and allows you to enter combat (about 20k xp in either strength, magic, or attack per 200 dusties or so). If you do decide to use Bones to Peaches or food, then bring a combat familiar.
