  1. Arrowheads are the cheapest, although you might have trouble selling mithril arrowheads.
  2. Zaaps1 replied to kickler123's topic in Help and Advice
As far as the cost goes, remember you can use a PoH armor stand to reduce the cost of repairs based on your smithing level (half the cost at 99).
  3. Here's a list of each of Duradel's tasks, coupled with the average summoning xp you will receive from each (note this number is far less at low levels, but each task will remain its relative place on the list). Scabarites - 91k Waterfiends - 53k Dagannoths- 53k Skeletal Wyverns - 41k Aberrant Spectres - 33k Nechryaels - 33k Black Demons - 32k Dust Devils - 30k Fire Giants - 29k Mithril Dragons - 26k Greater Demons - 26k Iron Dragons - 24k Abyssal Demons 21k Bloodvelds - 20k Kalphites - 19k Gargoyles - 18k Dark Beasts - 17k Hellhounds - 11k Suqahs - 6k Goraks 0 Spiritual Mages 0 Warped Terrorbirds 0 Black Dragons - ? Steel Dragons - ?
  4. Barrage nets 1 crimson roughly every 3 casts on average. Btw, you should switch to Smoke Barrage now since it is far more effective than Ice burst and little extra cost compared to Ice Barrage, yet is just as effective.
  5. Cool, I'm testing Salamence but I'm probably going to end up picking Gyarados.
  6. If constantly used, it nets an extra 300 ess per hour.
  7. "Also if you mine iron and finish a trip its always nice to get an extra 2k on your way out. " I'm not sure what you mean here. Thanks for the advice though! I'll look into it.
  8. Fletch bolts. They are much better than their bow counterparts because they are typically faster and they are portable (meaning you don't have to stand around the bank all day). In addition, fletching broad bolts profits about 30-40gp PER BOLT (and when you're making over 10k bolts per hour, that adds up!).
  9. Easy! You have about 500k xp to gain and about 3m gp to spend, correct? In that case, any method 6 gp/xp or under is affordable to you. Every single popular method of training magic (bar perhaps Ice barraging rock lobsters, but not excluding ice BURSTING rock lobsters) would then be affordable. Your best option would therefore be to ice burst rock lobsters. However, if there is some sort of barrier to this I am not aware of, methods such as String Amulet, Superheat, Bolt enchanting, and Superglass make work as well.
  10. World 84 is the unofficial world, I believe. I can typically get 500-600 concentrated GOLD ores per hour with a Lava Titan @ 89 mining.
  11. Zaaps1 replied to tyluke's topic in Help and Advice
Yes, but given how much better the ZS would be if the monster is weak to stab, it's worth a shot isn't it?
  12. Anyone know a good physical attacker/sweeper who resists fire and preferable is neutral or resists bug? Right now it looks like Salamence is my best best, although the 25% stealth rock isn't looking too favorable.
  13. Zaaps1 replied to tyluke's topic in Help and Advice
Zammy Spear is the best stab weapon, so try to get that if possible.
  14. Zaaps1 replied to tyluke's topic in Help and Advice
I ran into a similar problem. One solution is maging it. You can actually safespot it (kinda, since its summons will still attack you) near the entrance of its lair. However, to get to the lair you CANNOT use the Catacombs, since you will take too much damage. You must use the Pyramid maze.
  15. I would have to say that it is impossible to get over 50k. There is both logical and experimental basis for that assumption. Logical, because Jagex would never do something like that and leave no hints. Logical, because 10M gold is way too big of a reward for such an easy event. Experimental, because every single player (or almost every single one) has reported the same exact coin reward.
  16. Glad to see you're going for 99 farm as well :P
  17. But Runescape exists in the world and is played by real world people, therefore a person's morals and personality carry over.
  18. It's not that he has a lack of patience. It's that he feels Jagex should've focused more on completing what they start instead of starting and finishing at seemingly random patterns. The wait isn't the main issue (although it is a concern). The main issue is Jagex's unfocused nature of developing an releasing quest content.
  19. Ice beam doesn't affect Shedninja? Infinite Rare Candies seems good at first, until you realize you can't really IV or DV your Pokemon as well.
