Steams are better for xp. You need to figure that every trip, you need to include runes for the magic imbue spell and take into account the cost of duelling rings and binding necklaces. Then remember you need pure essence and either an earth or water rune. Since steam runes run a loss, I assume muds do as well.

Although if you need it for WGS, remember that you can use a Garden Pie to boost your farming for that portion.

Interesting method. I've never heard of doing it that way before. Is it faster than the abyss? Can you average more than 40 runs per hour? But if the figures you provided are true, then abyss deaths are far better.

ya but with obby combo i will still get an attack and str boost but i could also use a sc helm which would give me more xp per hour while still giving me close stats to slay helm Slayer helm stacks with Obby combo, and if you are slaying with it, you will need all the attack you can get.

He's a pure, which probably means no Priest in Peril, which means no Salve ammy.

If you are training Runecrafting for xp, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STEAM RUNES, or ZMI at least. If you want profit, then that's different.

It is impossible to move a room after you have already built it. Removing the room will remove everything in it, so you will need to build your new house around the rooms you don't want to remove. A bit trickier, but shouldn't be too hard if you make a solid plan.

Because you can wear an untrimmed hits/slayer cape and make everyone impressed, then pop on a trimmed cape and confuse the hell out of them.

It updates on no periodic schedule. It updates based on how many items are traded, I think. I've seen it update over 4 times per day and some days not a single time. I know the Runescript thing for IRC tells you the last time the GE updated.

I'm not sure how maging with a cannon will turn out...you'd probably take too much damage in places like Scarabites.

I'm almost certain that it is DJP to the Ardy Monastery. But like everyone said above, it's probably faster to use a different altar, then slayer ring or something back to a fairy ring. Your choice.

If you have a Slayer Ring or a fast way to fairy rings, you could use the back entrance a little north of the Slayer Cave entrance. Be warned that you will need climbing boots for this, and it is roughly double the time compared to Trollheim teleport. The first time you use this it may be confusing. Basically after you're on the path, you will see a little path shooting north. Enter the cave you see and you will be in the Torture Chamber of the Troll Stronghold. Run north and go up the stairs, then up the next set of stairs you see. Then run south and you should be familiar with where you are.

Only wear it to heal though as they attack with mage. Now granted I didn't have very much exp with the guthans method, but when I did, popping on guthans just for healing did not turn out so well. I simply kept guthans on the entire time. It easily offsets the damage by the magic attack if you have a decent magic level.

I would use guthans since you can't use a bunyip.

Does really everything need to be treated with SUPERcompost? Don't you mean regular compost there? As I mentioned, some patches should not be given compost at all. The patches other than those should be given some form of compost. Since Supercompost is superior in every way to regular compost, regular compost is not worth using.

I thought they were fine. I based them off Tormented Demons. What part makes you say so in particular?
