Ava's attractor won't pick them up if you, say, shoot through a fence. You could try white knights on the 2nd floor of Falador Castle, you can shoot them through the cage than run around to get your arrows.

This co-ordy picture is wrong. The guy in the pic is standing at 08.05South 14.56East and not 08.05South 15.56east As demonstrated in my pic, with the cordys in the chat area. Thanks for that, I'll add them and give you credit. Sorry for making an incorrect picture, that one was taken when I didn't actually have the clue. And to your post above, the ones I took myself all face north, but some of the ones taken by other people do not. I will re-take them when I have the time to do so.
