The east and west side of it has a vine you can climb down.

Go to the north side of it.. on the shilo village side of the river. theres a short bit of vine pointing northwards.. you can climb it.

The vast majority of the runescape community are not dedicated enough to get any 99's. AKA me.... that's why you see more players than not without skill capes.

Legends guild is a huuuuuuuge letdown.... Then again so is the range guild... and the monastery... and the cooking guild... and piscatoris beats the fishing guild hands down. I think jagex should up the ante on guilds all over to be honest...
