  1. The only problem I have with this is 5 & possibly 6 (assuming refining gives xp?) would make divination buyable and idk if I like that... How would 5 or 6 make divination buyable? Q never mentioned anything about trading the collected energy... EDIT: found out that energy is currently tradable. However you could limit this to only refined energy and not raw collected energy.
  2. Has anyone considered that the permanent boons would help at higher levels?
  3. Yes but all the newbs choose the most expensive option assuming it will be the best...
  4. Yea. I talked to him at the beginning of the quest about the naragi. He expresses a lot of regret then. Maybe that's what he did. I ended up giving him the wand because I figured he'd take it anyways.. which turned out to be right.
  5. They actually mentioned a few other things which strongly hint even more than 4 quests too.
  6. They did actually acquire a lot more staff for the large projects they had. Obviously they will cut staff if they have to, but right now the development team is pretty large.
  7. I actually got the Saradomin regrets his actions dialog even though I am fighting against him in the Battle of Lumbridge.. I think ya'll just didn't try all the dialog... Also, I feel like they have to make gods "super-sized" mortals, because a God is not an interesting character if he has no character flaws.
  8. I actually had issues with the new pop ups hiding protection prayers in dungoneering (skele trio). Otherwise in the quest I didn't really mind. I was annoyed that the % bar for the black knights suspicion wasn't part of the minigame interface.. and why does Jagex go to all the trouble to make NIS windows and things you can move, then not bother to make an actual one for this?
  9. As far as I could tell, average difficulty of a voyage increased as the distance you travelled increased. But I believe it was also tied to your ship count. Every time I got a new ship, the voyage difficulty dropped a chunk, and I was still able to send out ships.
  10. Nice. your updated list basically includes everything I wanted except the chat interface updates I've suggested before..
  11. Things I still want to see/hear about A properly formatted and functional chat interface which de-links the chat entry box from the chat views. The bank update they mentioned and better integration of inventory, equipment and summoning BoBs For that matter, will they fix BoBs so that they are more integrated into the inventory? Will they bring back the left-click activate of auras on the equip screen? Can we please separate the minigame windows into their own minigames? IE: allow us to put keys from dungoneering in one spot and other interfaces in another? Dungoneering: allow us to have the dungeoneering map always open XP Popup item: Can we make the actual size of the window match the largest size of XP, or let us choose if it is left aligned or right aligned. Could even be automatic (left align when it is close to an edge window on the left..) Would it be possible to save themes per computer instead of (or in addition to) account? I play on a desktop and a laptop, and I don't want to use up all my presets for that when I already have need of presets for various minigames/dungoneering vs regular play.. These are the largest complaints I have at present.
  12. Outside of dungeoneering, money-pouch workaround has always fixed it for me.. but inside dungeoneering it is just horrible.
  13. I have had no luck even changing any chat colors... Have you enabled the RS3-style camera? It's in one of the settings pages. I found that helped me. Whenever this happens, I can fix it by withdrawing a single coin from my pouch. I still don't know why that works but my guess is a buffer overflow of some kind...
  14. The main issue I have with duo-slayer is how both players attacking one monster doesn't work right, because whoever attacks it first counts it.. the person helping then doesn't get anything.. In addition, the "range" of distance you can be away and still have it count for both players isn't very large. Basically it should *never* be the case that one person can finish the duo task before the other if they started at the same time... (because kills from either player should count towards the limit). Also, they should not have given half the total slayer points per task. (in addition to needing BOTH people to skip in order to get a new task. It should have been only one person needs to skip to get a new task for both..)
  15. Yes, which is why the only thing close to pay to win at the moment is spins, and the limits on that make it not practical.. (even if people still do it..)
  16. more incentive to purchase membership packages would be bad, because people just stack up years of membership that they will never use because they keep adding more promotions than you can use. However, it might be nice for one-shot year packages which you aren't allowed to purchase more than once? As for the loyal thing, yes I agree that you should give it out over time anyways, in order not to gain huge benefit all at once, but you get the points regardless if you don't play the whole year as long as you come back..
  17. I'm curious what will and won't be purchasable with both runecoins or loyalty points. I am also curious to see how item recolors fit into the new interface... Maybe they'll even update the colors we have available? (please? please? please?!) Divination sounds good. (Please dear Runescape Gods do not let any bonus xp of any kind (lamps, pendants, etc) be used in the skill till at least one person is 99!!!?!) I just really want to see a real competition for a bit on the high scores that isn't based on who shelled out more cash. Ofcourse most of my friends will still beat me since they will be using pendants they saved up for them. I decided not to save my pendants because meh.
  18. I think they've been trying to stay away from the "pay to win" model, even if they've done some of it with spins. It's so expensive that it really doesn't function too much as pay to win. A few players here and there use it that way but most just use it pretty casually. (Though it practically is pay2win fashionscape now lol) But I think giving away more stuff from P2P as F2P content, keeps making P2P look more like P2W instead.. I am ok overall with this, but it still definitely has connotations they try to avoid.
  19. Impressive :) I remember this sort of thing happening to me way back in classic.. I got hacked by someone, and then a year later I recovered the account, and I had gained a lot of stuff because I had nothing when the hacker took it lol. But "a lot" back then wasn't much now, because this was all back in classic years.
