Honestly, Whip + Defender and Sara Sword are the way to go, Sara Sword should only be used to train strength though. BGS is only good if you boss hunt in teams. I had it once, sure, I used it all the time, hell, I even trained to 99 Attack with it from the time I got it.

Range Prayer does nothing. Magic Prayer will lower the damage a little, but not much. Standing next to him is and Praying Melee is the best way, it means he will rarely damage you. Do not argue back, this is a tried and tested method by many, and personally, having done the KBD in a duo many times, and having owned 5 heads over time (alched 4, hanged 1), with my mate getting more than his share of D Meds, there is no point in trying to argue against, considering together we commonly got 20+ kills with Terrorbirds (best we could use), with the pools active. Only in a large team, with 5+ meleers, should the rangers stand back. I'll put up the kills logs should you wish. Though with Solo, expect maybe around 5-8 kills per trip.

At 28 Essence per run, its 724 runs. Of course, thats rounded up, plus he'd be making a tiara on the first run. This is using Airs. So, 724runs*2minutes per run = 1448 minutes 1448/60 = 24.1333... It'd take roughly 24 hours and 20 minutes at the most? Over 4 days, that 6 hours, 5 minutes per day. Over 10 days, its 2 Hours 42 minutes, I think. EDIT: This is making the airs, I do not know about the Essence.

Oh, the Demon is pathetically easy. You can do it at a fairly low level with 1 Attack and Defence.

Well, it doesn't give attack experience, so you're set. Silverlight has a little less Strength bonus than a Steel Longsword, but its still good. Though admitedly, it is a little hard to PK with it and 1 attack. I got beat by a lower level once.

I'll expand. It has the stats of a Steel Longsword (I believe), while only requiring 1 attack. In short, it is the best weapon for a Strength Pure.
